      maybe you could try not give her to much sugar or wheat food to eat.. that supposingly takes away what tumors need for living ..sorry anyway

      How did you get into a gym where you can practice privately and how do you rig there? I want to start with aerial silks but none of the gyms nearby let you train there privately. ):

    This is so impressive! I can't believe you taught yourself. I'm so sorry about your babies. It feels terrible to lose a pet, especially to an illness. My 10 year old cat died suddenly 3 months ago. It's so heartbreaking and I hope you feel better ❤️

    Wow. AMAZING!!!! So you never went to any classes? I’m thinking about self training too!
    Oh yeah and also could you do the splits before you began silks?

    • @lilwaffleiron7845

      A little warning about self training, it's great because you can learn at your own pace and focus on what you need to work on, but it can also be very dangerous. I never attempt a new drop without a thumbs up from an instructor because if you wrap something wrong, you could break something, or drop a long way.

    • @cherrywavesenjoyer
      @cherrywavesenjoyer 4 года назад +18

      please go to a studio. its a lot safer than being self taught. aerial silks are very beautiful but also very dangerous if not done correctly. i mean its your choice, but i just thought id give some advice :)

    • @katelynenfield2756
      @katelynenfield2756 4 года назад +8

      It is very dangerous but incredibly fun and addicting lol but if you do choose to self teach yourself I’d recommend buying a big mat so if you fall you have somthing nice to land on

    • @aperson5261
      @aperson5261 4 года назад +11

      Do NOT self teach yourself. People don’t realise how dangerous it is and any qualified aerial instructor would condone it. The risk is just not worth it. People should only train without an instructor present (but still have someone else there because that’s so dangerous otherwise) when they have been doing aerial for many years and your instructor has considered it to be safe. If you are serious about wanting to learn then do some conditioning and flexibility on the floor to prepare you then try to go to a scheduled class, or find an instructor online for some advise on what to door what workshops might be available. Sorry to crush your spirit, but it’s really not safe.

    • @briennasmith3384
      @briennasmith3384 4 года назад +6

      DO NOT SELF TRAIN! Always have an instructor until you are good enough to do what you have learned in classes with a friend. Never train aerials alone.

    I just left a tip on your IG, but another one is if you want to spin really fast on silks, FLEX EVERYTHING! So your legs aren’t flailing around, the harder you flex your abs, legs together, and point your toes you should be able to spin nicely without your limbs flying everywhere

    Even if aerial class aren’t possible where you live, you can search for ballet class, they are easier to find and will help you a lot to achieve clean moves, pointed feet and straight legs

    I feel your pain, when you get attached to a pet, it becomes more than just a pet, it becomes a family member and it is really hard losing them, 2 months ago i lost my dog, my baby boy who i picked up from the streets 15 years ago when he was just a scared abandoned little puppy and i still get sad when i recall memories with him or i see pictures of him, so i get what you feel, i hope you feel better.

    Oh my gosh this is incredible progress!!!!! Please don't take my word as criticism just more help, your entity right, straight arm and straight leg straddles are so hard!!! I do primarily silks but your right in saying when you try other apparatuses different muscles are used and it can help you everywhere! One thing to note is always point your toes, even in strength, it builds a reflex to do so all the time and makes your lines soooo pretty, my coach always says sickle and die, but he is right because it too can mess with your lines, having said that you have pointed your toes heaapppsss! And great job on listening to your body, if it hurts, it is best to slow down a lil, one of the greatest thing I have heard is take care of your body now and listen to it rather than taking care after the injury, prevention is equally as important as recovery. your foot lock variations are gorgeous!!!! And that spin!!! 👌👌 It's also cool to give the spin a try with the silk split, one in each hand, it will help your spin for longer as fast and with give you a great border! Also your costume is beautiful! I have been looking for one similar myself, where is your's from???? Your catchers climbs are so strong! Something I didn't learn till well into my class, something to note though it once you have booked you leg, keep going with your arms for as long as possible while keeping your weight on your legs, this will help you climb more efficiently. Also omg that back valence is incredible!!!! Something very difficult!!! And looks stunning! Keeping with line though bring your right arm up by your ear and ankles together (everything straight) to keep a great shape. Also leaning your head back like so is perfect!!! This is incredible work! Keep it up! Your meat hooks on the trapeiz are so stunning! I'm so happy you learnt them so early because they are vital! Your shapes on lyra are beautiful and the big drop on hammock was amazing!!!! Stay strong stay beautiful stay safe!!!

    Hi Miranda, beautiful work & dedication. I am an aerialist as well. I was actually laying in bed this morning watching Aerial video's because I injured my neck yrs ago riding dirt bikes & landing on my head doing a backflip. Sometimes it catches up to me & I can't get out of bed. The silks have helped me stay strong & avoid countless Chiropractor visits & your vid inspired me to get up & workout this morning although I'm in pain! About your rats, I had an idea while you were talking about your furry friends... have you heard of Kangen water? It is something that I do on the side & I am constantly doing research. I've came across many vids/testimonials of reducing or eliminating tumors in humans & animals. Maybe worth looking into =) Once again, keep up the beautiful work!

    Do NOT self teach yourself. People don’t realise how dangerous it is and any qualified aerial instructor would condone it. The risk is just not worth it. Between correct rigging and potential for serious injury, there are so many risks many don’t think about. People should only train without an instructor present (but still have someone else there because that’s so dangerous otherwise) when they have been doing aerial for many years and your instructor has considered it to be safe and your instructor has considered your rig to be safe. If you are serious about wanting to learn then do some conditioning and flexibility on the floor to prepare you then try to go to a scheduled class, or find an instructor online for some advise on what to door what workshops might be available. Sorry to crush your spirit, but it’s really not safe.
