There are 3 things that impress about this BESIDES her amazing performance. 1. The fact that she did that entire performance in a DRESS 2. there wasn't any kind of mat or landing equipment on the ground, because if she fell it woulda been over 3. There are weather conditions which make it hard to stay still Anyways beautiful performance, I pray she makes a full recovery.
4:30 is my favorite part 😍😩😫😭💗👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 it looks so beautiful like she’s a swan in the air or like a fairy gliding with the wind and it’s really mesmerizing
I am so sorry to hear about her accident. A friend of mine just had a similar fall due to equipment failure. We do what we love with huge risk. I hope she has a full recovery.
i hardly use a mat unless im on concrete etc..i usually just take a blanket as im usually practicing on the beach on the sand..i just make sure theres no rocks etc in the sand below me. i dunno why but i prefer no mats unless im really high offthe ground..i think its a great incentive to be grip sure or i dont do a climb etc..but thats just me.
THIS...THIS IS HOW ITS DONE. That is complete fluidity. What grace and beauty. She had me mesmerized from the start but at 5:01 my jaw dropped...so beautiful.
To my beautiful friend and trainer Karina Silva , watching this performance had brought one of the best memories of my life . Thank you for bringing me and the world so much joy! God Bless you a million times.
This is just so gorgeous, it made me cry by its beauty... Gosh I admire so much this dancers/acrobats. This woman is like a fairy, just so pure and wonderful.
Such and emotional piece so inspiring. One word for the dance would be perfection, like just wooooooooooow. The accident is shocking and heart breaking. Madly hoping she will recover.
when i first saw this i was around 11 or 12 and i was amazed by how beautiful it all was and i had wished i could do that. now 2 years later i watch this video at least 2 times a year and i'm trying to get my mom to put me in a silks class because i am so inspired by this. (it's pretty obvious i love this video and all the skill and strength that goes into aerial silks)
Hermoso trabajo, además un show así abierto al púbico en la calle se agradece, motivación para muchos niños y jóvenes. Bravo muchísimas gracias por el arte 👏👏👏👏👏❤
When I first saw this a few years ago I was in awe of how any human could do this. A few years of aerial classes later and this seems so simple to me. Most of these moves are so basic and manageable. Of course, she demonstrates the strength and control that I could only ever dream of having. Haha.
Superb, absolutely amazing. So elegant & mesmerizing & captivating to watch. Skillful & the strength that is required to do that kind of acrobat is stunning & awe inspiring. Your gift is amazing. Your artistry is just stunning. Beautiful!!!
I traveled with carnivals for 5 yrs and there would be this Amazing art form sometimes and I would go see on break it's such a Beautiful Graceful art form but So dangerous at the same time She was So Graceful ✌💙
To clear up misinformation about her fall, Karina fell about 45 feet during rehearsal. She was initially in a coma and then a wheelchair. She has recovered very well and can walk, talk, speak, etc. The fall wasn't due to faulty rigging. She was practicing a new trick.
Unfortunately, you are incorrect. Karina suffered a broken neck from the fall, which caused an obstruction of blood flow to her brain, and that caused a stroke. She is still paralyzed on her left side and primarily confined to a wheel chair. My friend has been through sooooo much, and all though she is a fighter, she is far from “well”. Please keep her and her family in your prayers, if you pray.
this was always dream off mine and it makes me cry cuz who knows if it will come true and never ever had any type of experience but anyways very beautiful!!!
I think its cool that people with experience of aerial silks are the only ones who understands what's actually happening😂 They will never understand the feeling of Alegria you get in the silks. Everyone should feel that feeling.
@@eamondonnelly9665 every sport comes with danger, accidents happen. What happened to her doesn’t happen to the majority of aerialists. If no one ever took risks we would be no where in life.
Hope she is doing better now. That was a amazing epic perfermance of her before that horrible fall 2-3 years later. Praying for her to getting so close to her older self again before the accident happened also props to this cran driver if he dosent belong to this circus too, who does operate this maschine so well by exatcly lifting the silk up and down on perfect time for her perfermance to been so magical. I am a arielst, too.

This is an amazing video. I would learn it but a-I'm to lazy B- I'd pass out c-I'd break something d-I'd fall and then scream and pass out. Good job :D
Looks great! If I were to do some of this, of course, I would have a mat. Do do Aerial without a mat really scares me. Especially doing drops. Looks great, though, I liked the pencil drop in the beginning. :) Pretty sure that was pencil haha. Tell me if I am right? LOL

Of course, you saw that she's injured now because even when we are strong and train hard, mistakes happen. :[ You can never be 100% safe. i think it should not be allowed to perform without protection !!!!!!..thats just nuts
Bel Art I do aerial silks without protection¿
@@winnernotwiener Well thats you, risk yourself a injury I guess
Actually she died a year or so after this from a fall of I think 50 ft. Though I believe it was from faulty rigging

What happened?
She fell 2 years ago, 46 feet from her head
Simone Marinho Was she ok?
She was not ok. Brain injury, brain swollen, slurred speech, uneven eyes. But her personality remains positive.
