  • One of the main ways we believe obesity negatively affects the body is through the increased state of low-grade inflammation.

Great presentation! If i can understand why I have ra and obesity maybe crp level can go down with diet, I will try anything to get crp down. I am doing fasting. Crp gone down with fasting and vitamin c but it went up when I introduce grains. I am checking for celiac. Very unfortunately I came off cimzia when I introduce grains and did litle fasting as grains were making me kind of weak. I had to introduce cimzia to reduce crp again but there must be a reason for crp. I barely lost any weight with fasting and calorie counting but I have more incentive now with your videos. Unfortunately I have constipation and whole grains were doing good on the intestinal health. Trying to get healthy is really hard when you loose it. All started 20 years ago when I was diagnosed with insulin resistance and was put on metformin. Then I got hypothyroidism and ra and later c. Over my life time I have tried many diets and only fasting helped the crp from 14 to 4.

Can obesity be the cause of high
    Alpha 1 and alpha 2 ? What I mean by high is that alpha-1 is 3.8 and alpha-2 9.2.

It seems more research is needed in this area

@@DianaBedoya Thank you Diana, much appreciated as this caused massive anxiety.
I recently spoke with a doctor " Online " and said obesity has nothing to do with Alpha 1 and Alpha 2.
      This is confusing me.

@@Thesilentwolf7610 tbh that is not specifically my area of expertise (and I’m not a doctor) so that’s the extent of how much I can guide you on this topic.
Hopefully you find a health provider that can help clear up some of that confusion.
      Have a great one 😁

I encourage you to learn more about the concept of weight bias.
My weight has nothing to do with my ability to explain the complexity of obesity and its comorbidities.
If you do not want to learn from someone in a body that looks like mine, I encourage you to go elsewhere. This is my page and I will not tolerate comments like this.
