Beautiful. Ur hair looks so healthy it’s shining so good. I’m gonna try aloe Vera gel. I’ve been stuck for a while on which product to twist with cuz I don’t want any build up. Thanks girl!
You did a GREAT job retwisting! I'm SOOOOOO glad to see that you used the holding spray because I was wondering if I could still use my Garnier spray on my hair. Thanks for sharing your journey.
Very nice. My locs are many years old now and it took my hair a year and a half to fully lock. My Google pic very old my hair has been down to my butt and I have cut it several times. Enjoy the journey.
Was any oil used ? Thinking of using the aloe too, but worried about a dry scalp.. Not really feeling the idea of using a hair spray aresol (holding spray) in my locs. Looks nice tho
I think you did an excellent job for it being your 1st time. And in an hour was good too! My 1st time retwisting my starter locs was a Fail!!! Live and learn. TFS
It's beautiful!!! I wanna loc mine sooooo bad but ik its not my time yet. After about 5yrs (and a few hair tragedies lol) I'm almost at bra length and I'm still learning what my natural hair likes and my mission is to grow my hair longer/healthier than its ever been so I wanna complete my mission and once I do its loc time baby lol. U give me inspiration so keep em coming u look gorgeous!!!!
@Mystiquegale I been thinking about locing my hair for a few years.. My current length is, say two thirds down my back .. I'm just very apprehensive of how to start them off...
🥰 your hair is exactly how I imagine mine will be . I’m still deciding if I will loc, but your hair look so healthy like mine used to be. Happy Journey!!
Your hair is beautiful. I've been maintaining with aloe Vera gel. I decided to buy the leaf this time. I just started locs almost a month ago but I have soft fine hair. I wish it was a bit thicker. Oh well. Great job!
OMG, I've loc'd my hair 3 times already and have not then out 2 1/2 years ago. I really miss them and am considering doing then again. A girlfriend if mine just got love for the first time done in Africa and the used the threading method to start them. I think I want to try that. My hair is so thin that's why it have really worked for me but I think if I thread them, be I won't have to twist them. But I will do all natural products too. The aloe vera sounds great.
YOU DID GOOD😀 I AM JUST STARTING MY LOC JOURNEY AND WOULD LIKE TO RETWIST MY OWN HAIR ALSO, CAUSE THESE STYLIST JUST PUTTING ALL KINDS OF. STICKY JAM UP IN YOUR HAIR AND I DO NOT LIKE THE FEEL OF IT😳 BUT THANK YOU FOR SHOWING ME ON HOW TO DO MY LOCS😀
I have so many questions lol. How many locs do you have? Did you coil your hair to start? What’s your hair type? How long is your journey so far? Ok that’s it lol
Hey ummm i'm new to the loc world..i loved your video hoping you can give me your opinion on something..i am coming from processed hair straight into loc...on my own..any advice...i puts twists in hair and every on the same date i wash and roll the roots... m i on the right path...
I wouldn't put too much tension on the roots because that could cause thinning after a while. At first I would start with retwisting maybe around every 4-6 weeks. As they mature you should be able to stretch your retwists longer. Good luck on your journey.
There’s no satisfaction like our hair turning out how we intended it to or better 😊.
Your hair is beautiful.
Thank you!!! I know right girl, you feel me. LOL
Hello Tell Us wat you Using in your Real Twist. Please. Wats the Name of the Hair Product.

Tisch flakes a little but water rinses it right out
