Yeah, this is certainly a lot harder than usual. First of all, he takes five hits instead of the usual four. Did you ever have to aim when you spun the rocks at him in the original version? I can't remember. As for any other changes, well, just watch.
Also, notice how his symbol on the world map doesn't show up before you've beaten him.
ok that last part had me going, "what the...HOLY SHIT!"

Do you know what would've actually made this Koala Kong's boss version *HARDCORE?*
Having to dodge the rocks instead of breaking them. 😈
Purple Ocean I didn’t know I could break the rocks until I replayed it, so I dodged them without knowing that I didn’t have to. 😵
I never tried to break those rocks cause i never know that i can break them.

I'm pretty sure you didn't have to aim the rocks at him in the final version. You just spun and they hit him, wherever he was.

Way better than the Koala Kong we got. He is way too easy.
@99CrashBandicoot I probably won't do CTR any time soon, but if there is a Crash 2 prototype, I will play it as soon as it's available.

These video's are amazing. The level is rally good, but the 'difficulty' climaxes at 5th, still i couldn't do it =)

Do u think u can do CTR after crash 1 prototype?:D You can get all platniums there as well. And i have heard that Crash Bandicoot 2 Prototype is out soon or out already:p
@GarlandTheGreat Crash 2 sounds awesome! I was just going over your old vids, for some reason I feel like playing 2,3, and WoC. Which is weird cuz I didn't really like WoC.
@DjCandyApple But Crash 2 is much easier because Crash acquired more movements :D

Another difference: the crystals present in the scenery are pink, and not green as in the final version. A nod to the sequels, just like the idea of accesing new levels by falling into certain pits?
