Loved this! Cycled (almost) this exact same route from Tilburg to Turnhout, via Baarle-Nassau-Hertog. It was a wonderful experience and was surely fun thinking to myself "oh hey, I was here" 😄
@@BicycleDutch Thanks for answering appreciate the time, keep riding, brings good views of your place, and the very nice planing, benefits of the citizens are clearly seen. Muchas gracias. 🤙
They kinda do better, I take this path regularly and instead of turning from the Hart van Brabantlaan to the Ringbaan West and then to the Bredaseweg to the Academielaan I just drive straight through from Hart van Brabantlaan to Professor Cobbenhagenlaan and then take the roundabout to the Academielaan. When you come from that direction you have to wait a meter or 5 further back. It's already way better than it was though, the old crossing was horrible for the big amount of cyclists whou would wait there. There's really just not enough space to have a proper waiting section over there for people coming from Bredaseweg turning left. I'd say the current solution is quite good for the space that's there and the amount of traffic it receives.
@@joeykapi If there's no room to deploy regular intersection designs that usually points to a deeper problem. Possibly the Bredaseweg isn't fit for purpose anymore (there's a lot of driveways that open up on this 50kmh road for example). Maybe it should be turned into a 30kmh street instead.
Very dizzy now, but nice ride. I do prefer my route from Eindhoven to The Achelse Kluis, 95% Forrest and heather. Baarle Nassau and Hartog i take the motor bike, beautiful little villages and farm fields with farmhouses with thatched roofs on the way. 2👍👍, but steady and slow wins the race, for me.

videos like this really shows how it feels like to be there and ride there.
The Baarle section was captivating. Couldn't get my eyes off the flags. :)
Bels lijntje is a really nice drive albeit a bit dark after sunset without any streetlights.
We are staying in Tillburg this summer so we will ride at least part of this route. Thanks
With the sped up sound, I couldn’t tell if this was on a race track or mouseville (squeaky people voices).
Leuk gedaan! En ook dat veranderende vlaggetje steeds. Blijft toch een lekkere fietsroute.
Lovely video ... Belgium and the Netherlands ❤️💔
Please go to the dreilandepunkt !!! I miss Aachen.
Interesting long ride bro, how many miles you rode if you were at normal speed ???
There is also a normal version ruclips.net/video/azfogtBqRgk/видео.html . And I added in the description: "The ride is 32.4km long. "

I am not able to cycle to Ireland or France.
I see Cleese inspired you. After 20 miles to Turnhout, you took the train home?
So many hills, I don't know how you can do it !!!( lool jk)
Nice ride
Curiously riveting.
👍👍👍
Going so fast, I'm able to imagine that I'm watching from a steam train instead of a bike.
Watch the real time version, he is fast but a lot slower than this speed-up.
@@dutchman7623 I know, but I like thinking I'm on a train. It lets me see how things used to be, long ago.
Awkward crossing at 2:01... Come on Tilburg, you can do better.
''Awkward crossing'' hoezo? werken je hersens niet wat meer heb je nog nodig dan een stoplicht en vooruit fietsen

P.s. de smokkelaars route is een echte aanrader net als de Strabrechtse heide en de onderduikers route.
Mooi man..
They say you'll know you're in Belgium by feeling the road.
I'll have to watch in real time, this makes me feel quite ill, especially the bends and corners.
Sped-up and normal speed were uploaded at the same time: ruclips.net/video/azfogtBqRgk/видео.html
Probably the age, i had the same.
I watched on 200% speed lol. Weird to see roads I know so well.
In town it sounds like an F1 circuit. Quite horrible 😕.

Leuk als je je eigen huis voorbij ziet komen in de video
