India was helped by Israel as a strategic partner during the Kargil war and also to fight the pak sponsored terrorism within India.

Take it granted, next time if again PAK & China attack India together, no country in the world other than Israel & russia will provide weapons (though bussiness). At the same time, it is also clear that in such a situation, Pelestine or Hamas, or Iran will not provide any kind of military assistance (though business) to India to fight back Pakistan. It looks she is quite worried about future of India, but no contribution in lifetime towards India's development while sitting in parliament is seen.
