Soulframe is looking great so far
As an Italian, I am proud of them. They did a good job, a thing that makes me proud of my country. Also it's inspired by DMC and Berserk, two series that I love.
Italy has always been great at looking at what other nations do, and then doing it better. The Chinese invented noodles and the Italians made them into fine dining. Americans invented the cowboy movie and Italians combined them with Kurosawa style grittiness to make masterpieces. The Greeks invented sex and Italians had it between adults. Italy is truly a nation of innovators.

Briar looks like they gave Clare from Claymore the Berserker armor from Berserk and tossed them into Bloodborne. And all of the creatures look like you could put them in any of those worlds and they would blend in with worlds perfectly.
I have every intention of checking this game out when I'm done with my FFXIV dailies

Soulstice is proof that here in Italy (yes, Reply Game Studio is in Italy) they know how to do a good game.
(Yes, I'm aware that Sparks of Hope has been developed from the italian branch of Ubisoft in Milan but you can sod off 'kay?)
It's part of ubisoft therefore its automatically bad
impressive, promising - here's hoping they'll keep at it, for this looks like a successful game.

There is a petition on a website called change where someone asked for the continuation of Claymore, if this is something you want please sign it coz I defiantly did. Hopefully with this game people will want a season 2 of Claymore and if you don`t know what that is a highly recommend you watch it.

As a fan of the anime Claymore, this game was already one i was interested in, but seeing the overall gameplay, plus the care put into the game's leveling system makes it clear it is not simply a dark souls clone
I'm glad this wasn't yet another soulslike, i was getting tired of those.

Unrelated, I finally started playing Guilty Gear Strive. Only 90 hours in, I am already "decent" according to a friend of mine. I'm far better at DBFZ, bc of the Light, Medium, Heavy, Special control scheme and team fighter stuff. But, I was able to get used to the five button scheme. I'm now a Ramlethal/Zato-1 main who groans out loud every time I run into a Sol or Chipp. Basically, Thank you SO MUCH, Triburos, for doing a vid on Strive, and introducing me to the best game I have ever played.

This might just be me, but I'm also getting a heavy feeling that the developers also used Claymore for some of the inspiration, if not more than the berserk inspiration.

Just noticed that brairs design is literally female guts like she's even missing her right eye and her left arm even has armor on it to emulate guts cannon arm
