From what we can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank right outside of Rubicon. His defenses are tough, but with the right team, we can strike through those defenses, take this beast out and break their grip on Freehold.

@@Aiveq Movement was revamped with 2.0, reworking melee for a 3.0, the changes modding from having to get fusion cores + more of the mods for just Endo, Damage 2.0 is a thing that happened, Alerts became Nightwave, Focus was changed multiple times. That is all I can remember that was revamped. Archwing is just one of the outliers, plus in the grand scheme it just isn't time for a rework on that system yet, it works good enough. DE needs to make new content because people can loose interest if there was no new content for over a year or more. Forgot to mention that the beginer area is being revamped to be more friendly and give a sense of direction.
TL;DR DE has reworked many things, Archwing hasn't needed the rework as badly as other things, and new content = longer interest.
"Full Moon gives a buff to Titania's companions..." which vanish from existence in razorwing anyway. And no, the dumb butterflies aren't killing anything over level 30 anyway.

They should just make nyx's mind controlled targets follow her with companion AI and attack towards her crosshair like mirage's illusions do. Then give them a damage buff based on power strength and give them aggro priority over her if an enemy has to choose between the two.

Nyx is a psychic for the same reason Revenant is a vampire.
AKA poor design choices that tried to be different and succeeded, yet failed miserably in providing something good.
Revenant was improperly advertised as a vampire.
His original vampiric angle was removed for a "eidolon-esque" theme and Garuda was instead themed after a vampire/hemomancer.
@@acheron16 Actually his vampire theme was directly tied to his Eidolon theme, even before he got the spin-y lasers of death. People were just as miffed about it back then as they are now. Which is what I meant with my OP.
Garuda's theme was simply "gore". And they never outright said or directly referenced a vampire theme with her. She just ended up that way due to her 2nd ability and the naming of her alt helmet + the style of her syandana.

Garuda I certainly like, even if she isn't absolute top tier. Revenant feels meh to me outside of death lasers, not enough punch to all of his abilities.
@@acheron16 Yeah. I wish they'd just take Revenant over to full Eidolon theme and give his mind control stuff to Nyx. As he is it feels like his potential as a frame isn't being reached because he's being dragged in two different directions. The Eidolons have loads of abiltiies his kit could draw inspiration from.
It's the same problem as Khora really. And it's annoying, because now we have "a sentient frame", and a "spider frame" in Khora's case, we're unlikely to see any new frames who make full use of those themes. More irritating still is that Revenant technically isn't a sentient frame. He's an Eidolon, they aren't strictly the same thing.

“Let’s give a frame who’s passive makes it so enemies have trouble hitting her and main staple ability practical make them ignore her ABSORB the incoming damage as a 4!!” Why have a kit that fights itself?? Remove absorb it doesn’t belong on her. Her 1-3 are mind control 2-4 are telekinesis. Why not pick one of the two and make a new frame with the other? Also can we get a proper minion/turret frame already?
Another thing that gripes me about the rework is that alot of the buffs after the initial workshop revisit were impractical. DE gave them more gimmicks without resolving the problems, and didn't actually change up their problems.
Titania is plagued by old Mag's Crush + Nekros' 4 cast times. Her CC from 1 and 3 can be good, but they hinder movement and you have to wait 2s to cast Lantern without Natural Talent. They also made you heal razorflies on kills via Razorwing, but that doesnt matter when they get 1 shotted in high levels. Tribute's buffs is agreeably very bad.
For Nyx, yea Mind Control's AI is still terrible, Bolts is super clunky, and they still didn't make Absorb actually that relevant. Absorb is basically a downgrade of a nuke or weapon's potential. DE thinks allies can "tactically" friendly fire into an Absorb Nyx to make her deal more damage, but only 10% of the damage is "absorbed" and you're gonna drain off your friend's energy cause Nyx loses energy per damage taken during Absorb on top of base drain. And what did they do to fix Absorb? They gave it a damage buff which is just a Serration on top of needing 3/4 of your energy gone to maximise your damage buff not to mention it only lasts at a base 8 seconds.
Conclusion, half-baked reworks. More impractical gimmicks, issues only half solved.

Apparently fairies are known for killing... Dragons? In some stories. Her razor wing is some BUSTED damage so she can kill big tank boys, but her other powers are... Mediocre. Take a while to cast to boot.
It's very easy to explain why these frames reworks failed to improve them. Rebecca is heading the rework department, and her last venture with messing with game content gave us the disappointing abomination that is Revenant. Yeah maybe don't trust the community manager with a job that's better suited to a design director.

Revenant is really not that bad. Yes, his kit isn't the mightiest kit ever, but he's also pretty good. I think the only ability I don't use is Reave. Otherwise he's became my go too mobile defense for physical damage resistance sorties.
Nyx Rework in a Nutshell: It exists I guess.
Couple of points : Titania's 4 vacuum was a great change. Makes it far easier to stay in razorwing and keep your energy up.
The main reason her companion damage buff is terrible is the fact her 4 hides your companion.

Something you missed Nyx is named wrong. For those who don’t know Nyx is a Greek deity she is a PRIMORDIAL GODDESS. She is older and far more powerful than an other god. She is the goddess of the night a being that stood at the edge of creation and birthed many god. Her children are Erebus (Darkness), Aether (Brightness), Hemera (Day), Moros (Doom, Destiny), the Keres (Destruction, Death), Thanatos (Death), Hypnos (Sleep), the Oneiroi (Dreams), Momus (Blame), Oizys (Pain, Distress), the Hesperides, the Moirai (Fates), Nemesis (Indignation, Retribution), Apate (Deceit), Philotes (Friendship), Geras (Old Age), and Eris (Strife). She is one of the three MOST POWERFUL beings in Greek mythology the only other two are her parent Chaos and husband Tartarus. She is so powerful that every god, titan, and giant fear her and rightfully so. Hell she is even represented in the 10th-century Paris Psalter at the side of the Prophet Isaiah, A Jewish prophet I might add. She has really nothing to do with messing with people’s minds rather just birthed them. Her power is infinite and unmatched.
I remember back when Vauban and his CC was considered cheese of the same magnitude as Slowva. These days, after picking up a Vauban for the third time straight, I can type 'RIP Rahetalius' in chat and everyone hits F - they know his pain. I think DE have a civic duty here.
Nyx is a beast when played properly, but why in the name of seven shades of Hek they made her 2 a charge-recast is beyond me. Limbo masters time and ethereal planes with a quick double-tap of his abilities, while poor Nyx has to find cover and use controls almost as clunky as Monster Hunter to get rid of her previous cast. DE, pls.

I feel the issue is that nyx was one of the original frames. At the time they didn't have the tech needed to do any fancy stuff. And now they are kind of tied to the fact that nyx is not a new frame. She already has abilities and dependencies within the game that would make a full rework hard to pull off and would also be sort of a waste of resources since the substantial work needed for a full rework could be better used on a new frame entirely. That being said she does not need much to be good, great even.
For her one, the main thing that is holding her back is the AI. But the AI cannot be made smarter, since there also needs to be a lot of mobs on the screen and making the AI more taxing on system resources is not an option.
But you know, the ability could be changed To, well, its namesake. A proper, DIRECT, mind control. How about that after the 4 second prime up time nyx shell herself in a protection bubble while your camera jumps to the back of the mind controled enemy you can now directly control. You can aim, use the enemy's primary and quick melee, and maybe perhaps use the enemy's unique ability? To balance it out the enemy would no longer be invincible and instead have a damage resistance (as it no longer cares about pain). This solves the issue of stupid AI but also make the damage way more applicable to specific targets overall making the ability a desirable thing to spec into.
Her 2 just pretty much need quality of life improvements like you said because it is already a strong ability. Her 3 can stay the way it is with the added bonus of upping the threat level of afflicted enemies a bit, so unlike a radiation proc enemies would actually favor shooting at one another instead of targeting you.
Her 4 is "ok, I guess" but it simply does not deliver on both of its objectives since other frames do one or the other better.
She should be able to have a larger base range with the ability to focus her power by holding the ability, draining her energy faster in order to greatly increase the damage stored, scaling with how much damage she received before starting the channeling, garduda style. This would give people an incentive to use her non augment ult, since right now its just bad.
Her augments should also be changed, preventing the use of the channeling but also no longer restricting movement. I mean none of the pure tank abilities do it and as a damage ability her absorb is bad without millions of stored damage.
I'd argue her 4 is actually by far the best invulnerability in the game, as everyone else suffers from significantly smaller health pools, significantly worse play-around requirements (operator operates at full speed with Assimilate), and/or lacks seamlessness. And her 3 is useful as a wide stun and incoming-fire-reduction that also (importantly) turns off auras.... But yeah her 2 needs a bit more and I still think Mind Control needs to be completely replaced with something actually useful. Scaling will always make any form of mind control, even direct, inferior outside of stealing auras, so really just axing it all together would be best. Maybe something energy-sustain related since her only really "viable" playstyle requires Arcane Energize, to make her less reliant on solid platinum rims.

I consider Titania to be more of a “Thematic Frame”. She’s all over the place but she fits a certain theme rather than a particular play style. So she’s probably more fun to play in that regard. Titania is basically Tinkerbell or Wasp from the Avengers. I see Wukong the same way. Give him a sparring weapon, staticore and an Iron staff build and you have a really weird Kid Goku running around.

An idea I had for Titania’s 3: anchor the target down with a cool new animation and mechanic. Think of the razorflies holding the target down, mesmerizing enemies and causing them to drop their guns and start walking towards it. Then it blows up and knocks down enemies

I have over 3.5k hours in Warframe, with over 1/3 of it played with Nyx Prime. My oppinion on the changes were (and still are): "At least they still look nice."

Totes agree a lot with that Titania stuff, and I main her (Usually using her for machinegun build with Razorwing blitz). They really need to up her 2's powers and friggin anchor her 3. THO I'm kinda ok with her 1 being something that buffs allies with debuff immunity, so that's fair nuff. As for Nyx, can't really say much, but I thought her rework kinda worked and just bumped up what she had, so win? But yeah, Titania and Vauban really need some heft punch ups
Except the way her 1's cast works means if you have Narrow Minded on you can't hit allies basically ever. Still a great self-clear, important for stopping a toxin/slash proc from being cold iron and de-cryo-barreling yourself, though.
2's biggest problem honestly is just how it works in general. Dust is way better than Trib gives credit since it "stacks" with Razorwing's innate evasion and gives you a bit more safety net when you're stuck danger-close, and the change to make it only 25e per upkeep instead of 250e + 50e/upkeep was wonderful. Everything else though is waaaay underwhelming both in effect and number, and on top of that, the ability to actually pull the buffs means Dust and Entangle are the only ones you can really use because 95% of enemies drop them. Good news is that, at least theoretically, they're the only ones worth a damn anyways. I love the concept behind it, but it needs a complete overhaul, not just a bump to the numbers. Like, Ivara quiver mode-switching, making thorns reflect with guaranteed status, and just some kind of complete replacement for Full Moon's effect (maybe causes all companions to act as repeaters for the other auras?).
I do not main her, but I used her quite a lot for speedrunning Phorid assassinations and PoE bounties. The thing is, if you build her for Razorwing (and why shouldn't you, as it is the thing that makes her unique and fun to play), you want max duration, efficiency and as much power strength as you can squeeze in, meaning you pretty much *have* to sacrifice range, which in turn makes all her CC skills even more useless. In fact, I actually really liked all the QoL changes, as they made using her Razorving so much more comfortable, and I never use her other abilities anyway. Now, if they would only finally fix how those stupid anti-archwing weapons keep one-shotting her without warning on the open world maps, I would have no complaints whatsoever.

I've been using Titania ever since I got her from the New Loka Quest. I've mained her ever since. When the rework finally came, the only thing I looked forward to was the innate vacuum in her Pixie form. I only used Lantern and her Pixie form, so I was actually ok with it. Still, disappointed the rest of her abilities didn't get a huge buff. But hey, I still love her.

I kinda wrote off Titania as that frame that came out around the time that archwing did and literally only used her for her 4 and being a small move-able turret of death, the flying while inside a normal map as an archwing was kinda the gimmick most go for when they build her for MR Fodder.
That being said I did use her for 4 dragon key vault speed running on captures since the flying helped avoid being murdered while quickly looking for the vault and made the hobbled key trivial, you still flew slower but not nearly as bad as walking.

Her 1 can absorb stupid amounts of damage, but to use it effectively you need to gimp her range which means no portals.
@@jorionedwards worthwhile tradeoff imo. Wormhole isn't that good. Damage reduction is too good to pass up. Besides, with her new augment, Null Star stays up even with range.
@@jorionedwards what do mean by "absorb". do u mean, it lets her tank damage, or it absorbs damage like iron skin. because it doesnt. its a flat dmg reduction of 5% based on how many particles you have. (just making sure). also, portals aren't particularly useful anyways, except in the plains, but ur better off running zeph or titania for that
Nyx also gets the damage buff when she cancels absorb depending on how much damage it blocked.

Ok I know this video is old and maybe there’s a change I missed but here’s my thought on Nyx, which is my most played frame with 100 hours out of my total 652 hours, she feels like she’s trying to be 3 frames in one for themes. Her 1 and 3 fit a mind control theme, her 2 is a middle for telekinetic and psionic, and her 4 is a reflective ability. Why not make a mind control frame, a psionic frame (or properly mix the two into nyx), and make her 4 into a reflective frame and not in the mirage light reflective type, maybe through a type of rubber or direction themed idea?

Question for triburos: how does one contact the Developers directly, as you often say you do
with Nyx i mostly use her 1 to control a support enemy like shield osprey or acient healer for the buff and then use just use 2 on the more annoying enemies like heavy gunner, almost never use 4 unless i almost die
also Nyx 2 can nullify all existing buffs and prevent all new buffs and it can also strip shield so pretty much useful with all type of enemies
also shield osprey under my control for some reason can shoot so it give buff and deal damage simultaneously

Nyx can fly around with her 4 it also her keep jumping for ever depending on her the amount of efficiency. She basically turn into 1 punch man with her bolts
Titania is a CC distraction frame, with minor buffs and decent damage.
Her first and third are straight up crowd control. Her second is a single target boop. Her razor wing has a ton of distracting butterflies.
Obviously, the CC is underpowered, but I don’t understand why people complain about her not being focused.

i made a post when i heard about nix rework, in that they should just remade her as a "stand user" kind of frame, in that, its sless she using psych powers, and more, she manifesting psych powers through a mind construct. the irony is, you could easily do that, keep what she does, and still make her better, all at the same time.
nyx is like a student who ran away from mind control school instead of a mind control master.

Nyx's 2 is actually a really good change in my opinion... There are REALLY not much warframe abilities that can strip armor (the only one I can think of is Ash's 1, and even that one requires an augment mod, which requires a mod slot to actually strip armor), so it's really good. Pretty sad that mind controlled enemies' AI is broken.... the damage amplification on a heavy gunner/corpus tech seems really strong. Titania though... ugh. Didnt use her after leveling up and it seems like I'll continue not using her xD
And yeah, poor Vauban, his rework is way, WAY overdue.

Titania main here. This is how Id rework her.
Passive: infinite aim glide
Abilities:
1. Titania puts enemies in the air. Affected enemies take up to 200% more damage(affected by power strength)
2. Same
3. Enemies around the affected enemie takes slash proc up to 500(affected by power strength)
4. Killing enemies regenerator razor flies.
Mods: Elemental pixie. titanias weapons now elemental damage depending on her energy color.
How to make Nyx Broken 2019: *These can be Augs or buffs idk* 1. Fix the Ai.....and make it prioritize enemies who have bolts applied 2. When casting bolts on Chaosed enemies bolts with split out from effected enemies and effect other enemies *works normally on non Chaosed enemies* Also reduce energy cost from 50 to 25. 3. Chaosed enemies inherit damage multiplication from MC when MC is active when damaging other enemies afflicted by chaos. Enemies effected by chaos cannot target nyx, however they can still target allies 4. Taking damage during absorb builds up a damage reduction buff (stacking to 90%) similar to harrow, the amount of damage you take is amount of damage reduction you receive. Effect lasts 20 seconds base and is effected by duration, casting absorb can be used to refresh it at anytime during the duration and you are not required to absorb the previous amount of damage, this is to stop lapses in gameplay where you are required to stop recast wait for the damage and repeat (while this buff is active re-entering absorb will start it at the value it was exited at, however it cannot gain more damage. As well as making Absorb a flat cost not ramping up with damage or reducing the energy cost per 1k dmg or something of the like. And make it so the current dmg buff is effected by enemies hit not damage absorbed.
A cap may have to applied to stop nyx from being stupid busted like bolts capping at 80% armour strip and MC stopping at 500% dmg amp

I was expecting Titania to be like Oberon. Oberon came from one of the worst to one of the best. And I was expecting more for Titania because she's some what like Oberon, being a Jack-of-all trades.
