It was awesome to see them live! Shouting without the mics - so interesting and powerful. And the drumer was literally destroying the drums. One of the coolest things I've seen live for some time.
I hardly ever venture into the drone side of metal and after hearing this, it now raises the question as to why I have never done so before. Very sensual and hypnotic.
was gonna say, this has a very clear Darkspace/Paysage d'Hiver influence... I can also hear from the percussion that the drummer later ended up in Yellow Eyes, I own one of the YE albums he plays on and his style is instantly recogniseable
that b side is worth the wait! those vocals got to me man, i felt like i was being sucked into a void where his voice was eternally echoing off the darkest most brutal thing... NOTHING

This album is f%%% crazy. Can't stop listening to this mesmerizing sounds from Saturn.
I've been to Saturn, and they sound 100000 times better than this.
So meditative... amazing. Part after 46 min is something else
