One day driving down a city street barely 2 lanes, one lane going each direction and this little Pontiac Grand am flew past me on the right side on the sidewalk at about 90 MPH I'm not kidding or embellishing the story one single bit. I chased the jerk down and he pulled into a liquor store. It had a Raiders sticker the size of the back window on the car and the gangster wannabe kid about 20 years old got out of the car and started spitting on my truck. The city police would not do anything so I just left. He wasn't from my town so I wasn't really worried about him looking for me to retaliate. Even though he would have surely killed anyone that stepped out onto the sidewalk.

There are three books you have to read, memorize, study and get tested on It takes 6 weeks before you can drive a coach bus. A CDL driver is must be held to a much higher standard than a regular guy put putting in a car.

About a year ago I watched a vid where a PD somewhere bought a tractor & it was being driven by an officer. REMEMBER,
You dont need an CDL to drive a comm'l truck unless you are engaged in commerce. This tractor was equipt with several
cameras all recording what was going on around the unmarked truck as it traveled down the highway. The driver officer would report
violations to a rolling backup unit & the truck had the evidence recorded. Very cool. You cant beat the view.
