Not the slow semi trucks that cut off a vehicle going the speed limit.
@@CodyDoesIt Kinda hard to make a 80,000 pound truck do 60 in 2 seconds.
Anyone doing the speed limit and driving in a safe manner doesn't have anything to worry about. 🤷🏽♂️
@@jaybrown2549 sounds like anyone doing the speed limit was impeding traffic, since everyone else was doing 10+ over.
55mph doesn’t seem like an appropriate speed limit for that highway.
At this point many speed limits are for revenue generation. Cars can handle much higher speeds than 40 years ago.
It’s is during rush hr the road gets jammed up bad on 465
What they need is variable speed limit signs so they can adjust with traffic volume.
They should replace i70 road surface. There patch job has gone on to long and is tearing up trucks . Constitution backups daily.

There's not a problem with eating and driving but if you can't keep it in your own lane apparently you can't do them two things at once so don't do it because he couldn't do it which is why he got pulled over not because he was eating

Let's be honest, accidents are rarely semi-trucker's fault
Who says?
No they are not
@@p.d.smithjr.3277 The statistics say so. People drive (a lot of) people drive with no concept of their surroundings.
@@robertstewart1262 I drive a lot (50,000 miles a year) on 4 wheels. I’m not sure where the stats come from; however, trucks are my main problem. The only vehicle to hit me on the interstate has been a 18 wheeler. Swerved into my lane, pushed me into the grass, then hit me. Many times trucks have changed lanes, pushing vehicles off the road. This causes accidents, but the trucks keep going, having hit nothing. If slower traffic (trucks) would stay in the travel lane and not the passing lane this wouldn’t happen. Truck are a menace! I have to drive at night to get away from them. This is not ideal for me.
That is definitely not true. I see truckers driving in the inside lane when they have the 2 other lanes. Truckers also clogging up the passing lane for miles. Naw it's the truckers because everyone else just want to get by.
Pulls over anyone that comes within 100 ft of the truck.

Police need to be observed as well. They should get the same punishment we all get. My dash cam actually caught a State Trooper driving reckless and speeding on a highway. All in all….the Trooper was issued a traffic citation. Shortly after, he resigned.
From someone who's been on ride alongs..we literally get random high priority calls. We don't choose when that next victim gets stabbed by her boyfriend.. bet If it was you getting stabbed 3 times you would want the responding officers to run any light they see
@@terrydishman4292 This is part of the problem. You are making accusations, and don't even understand the Law , or policies. Police don't always use sirens to respond to non emergency , non life threatening calls everyday. They can use there lights, sirens , and go thru a light to a call.
Looks like the revenue collectors are setting up a sting by putting a slow moving vehicle in the fast lane and wondering why everyone's passing them Indiana must really need the money
And then they wonder why there's no enough cdl drivers for otr.
I have quit that job because of police
The police also used to do this with mustangs, they would get into a large group and get everyone to speed. They would then pull everyone over and give like 40 tickets at once. I think they were called the pony patrol. The mustangs were also unmarked.
@@BS-hl9me I remember going out of Nashville with my family in my Dodge Durango back around 2001 and South of Indy I was approached by this hot rod looking Mustang and he kept revving his engine trying to encourage me to race him and I looked at him and smiled and I shook my head no and he kept going about a half an hour later I caught up to him and he was an unmarked cop who had someone pulled over.

Had a trooper riding in my tractor and calling out vehicles that were cutting other trucks f (and me) off, brake checking us and more. He rode with me for 4 days. They issued over 180 citations in that time (none to trucks), and could have issued 5 times that if they had enough chase vehicles. It was an eye opener to the trooper. He was shocked at what we put up with every day. It's not always about money.
Pay to play. Hit’em where it hurts. Personally, I wish they’d raise the price of citations, especially red light runners. Start fines at $750.00 and go from there.

@@dickburt69 lol for sure man! Thanx again for all that u guys do
This is a great idea! I've seen too many drivers brake-checking big rigs because they passed someone.
Now when will ISP stop being reckless? I've been cut off several times by them
Who is gonna ticket them? Lol
RUclips: “Here’s a video about bad drivers monitored from a semi.”
Comments: “I drive a Prius on road trips sometimes which pretty much translates to having a class A endorsement with six million miles under my belt. I literally know better about truck driving than truck drivers. Everything is their fault because I can’t drive.”
Yep I'm for it. Should be doing this across the country.
I know my rights
Just don't be surprised when they pass another tax hike on you poor/working class peasants
This is Clever and Dirty at the same time 🤔!
Sometimes getting "dirty", is the most clever thing you can do.
@@bobinthewest8559 lol!
We are in Czech Repulic (Central Europe) using 'ghost bus' to see what is trucker doing in cab, measure speed etc. Bus is inconspicuous. Then policeman from bus call to unmarked police sedan if something is not all right.
About a year ago I watched a vid where a PD somewhere bought a tractor & it was being driven by an officer. REMEMBER,
You dont need an CDL to drive a comm'l truck unless you are engaged in commerce. This tractor was equipt with several
cameras all recording what was going on around the unmarked truck as it traveled down the highway. The driver officer would report
violations to a rolling backup unit & the truck had the evidence recorded. Very cool. You cant beat the view.
!
The goal is to drive in such away that pisses off other drivers, thus baiting someone into getting frustrated enough to get the hell out of the traffic clog.
My thoughts exactly. I can see them now, doing 50 in the left. Then pulling you over when you angrily go around them and cut them off. It's called entrapment and is supposed to be unconstitutional. But pigs do what they want and do not suffer consequences cause their the 'good guys'.
@@jaybeemhardscrote7466 don't drive angrily and cut em off. I fkn Love it. Glad to see it's happening in a lot more places a lot more often. Missouri state patrol now has several semi trucks... equipped with lights sirens and and pulling over fk heads and writing tickets.
Kentucky did this a few years ago. They wrote over 500 tickets on 3 days.
You can beat these tickets in court as long as the cop who pulled you over comes to testify because the witnessing officer (the one in the truck)would have to be the one testifying at least in the state of Iowa...ive beat multiple tickets from "sting operations" this way they'll Always send the officer who signs the ticket and that's how you get em.
That's entrapment. Easy lawsuit.
How about going after the semi drivers that are going 20 plus over the speed limits
I drive trucks, and what makes me mad is to see the amount of people that drive with a cell phone on their hands, and not talking but checking fb or watching videos
I estimate it at approximately 80% of the vehicles that I happen to look down into as they pass me, are driven by people who are also fidgeting with their phones.
I drive a truck and I see many times trucks passing me at the same time with their cell phone in their hand which is why I recommend. Pass a law where cameras are mandatory semi trucks looking at the road and the driver and if you block the camera from looking at you you are automatically fired unless you are parked
@@bigr5378 hahaha we have them. We didn't like them at first, but now it's like they weren't there.
@@smarro71 I have one in my truck as well
This is when you know those guys have too much time on their hands. They literally sit around all day 7 days a week lol .
They should also use ghost cars with undercover FBI agents in them to catch aggressive and overzealous police.
This should be a nationwide thing.
Glad to see law enforcement placing a priority of identifying and enforcement of unsafe driving around trucks. I’m sure the ambulance chasing attorneys are not happy to see evidence on the record demonstrating truckers are not the cause factor of accidents by default. Yes their are unprofessional truck drivers on the road. But the vast majority are safe and courteous. Thank you professional drivers for what you do.
I get cut off in my semi truck at least 10 times every single day by stupid drivers
I get cut off by Truckers more than that! I especially love the trucker who cuts me of in the right lane than takes 10 mile to complete the pass.
@@p.d.smithjr.3277 Yup just like any profession. There is Good, Bad and Worse (deadly).
Go get 'em Officer Hoover.
That office has no radar gun
You’re enforcing a 55mph speed limit on a huge road like that? Disgusting
Looks packed with cars.
What speed you wanna go in this situation ?
@@dan_6915 at least 80
@@dan_6915 I literally live in Indianapolis, Traffic on I-465 goes 75-80 mph, semis do 60-70 mph.
Policing for profit at it’s finest.
You guys need to look out for other semi's cutting off the semi's they've past in the next lane. Cutting in too close in front of the slower truck..
Yup and You nailed It. Most Truckers are Great People but it's a major league dangerous habit.
Today’s truck drivers are a different breed than they were 20+ years ago.
Not only did that UPS driver get a ticket, he will lose his/her job once corporate sees this video.
As a former cop this what you do when you ain't got sh*t to do. Unreal
Driver was eating while driving? Looks like the cop must eat while driving, walking, and sleeping. He needs a bigger car and a bigger shirt.
They have body armor underneath
@@skywalker2109 IS that what they call blubber now?
Thick body armor enough to stop a tank round
I applaud you guys going really working to make us truck drivers lives easier it is greatly appreciated and will not go unnoticed
In the UK, Police have their own tractor units.....
I'm glad there aren't any other serious criminals out there that need stopped, so they can worry about a trucker eating his lunch.
Your can’t call him for 68 in 55 , if all traffic is going 70+, otherwise he is making emergency situation.
Omg I love this !!! This is needed all over the US ..Drivers are so out of control! Thanks Law Enforcement
I never understood why somebody would cut off a 30+ ton vehicle. Just suicidal.
BEST FUCKING IDEA EVER. My truck even has a radar built in where I can see how fast the car in front is going.
