After AMC 1, what are the chances of getting jobs

    • @ArushiRana-6

It’s difficult to get a job after AMC 1. Having said that, do apply everywhere and keep preparing for AMC 2.

    Hi , i have a couple of questions :
    1) How often are you able to go back to india in an year and for how many days?
    2) In case of an emergency at your home in india, can you get leaves for next 1 week from your hospital in Australia?
    3) How easy is it for parents to adapt to australian culture?
Thanks a lot for your time, hoping for a reply .
    Peace..

    Hello Sir and Ma'am,
    I had two questions.
    1. How did you both get to have jobs near each other that you're able to be together? If you're planning to come to Australia as a couple, how to proceed about jobs? Is it any different?
    2. Is Australia getting saturated with Doctors? What's the difficulty level of getting a job in Australia after amc 1 and amc 2 after mbbs from India?

My YOG is 2021 from India, and since past 3 years I am working in a non clinical setting (chart reviews for US insurance companies) What are the chances of getting a job if I clear AMC 1? Is it worth spending time and money for AMC? I just have a 1 year internship from india as a sole clinical experience. Please enlighten me.

Guidelines vary in India and Australia. However if you have prepped well for any Indian exam, just use any 1 Qbank for AMC and you should be good to go.
Do read about public health in Australia.
