Soulblade is best for BRAVE SWORD since it is low might already, being able to quad with the passive will make it deal insane damage. Then imagine quading with Eirika's passive and Soulblade, you will be nuking fools left and right!
Woman has some serious self esteem issues regarding her magic. She solos half a map with Levin Sword then claims her magic is weak. Maybe it was weak a thousand years ago, and it may not be as powerful as Zephia, but it's certainly not weak now (not to mention how other characters make note that she is powerful).
I got her ch 21 on a maddening run and she did an amazing job softening up targets with thoron canter and draconic hex. She starts off with 2k sp so she's a solid last choice for the 14 unit in end game
I can see brave sword working with soulblade fairly well while levin sword when paired with chrom she gets bonus damage. Tomes work around soulblade to hit generals.
One intersting build I’m running is zelestia and hector. Turns out sword power and hectors rune sword make an equivalent to nosferatu builds but with the ability to not be broken/always follow up. Soul blade unironically scales well into end game with this when plugging holes
The only weapons to run should be Bolganone, Brave Sword, and Thoron, maybe Excalibur and Nova too if you want. There is no point in running any other sword since swords don't scale with your strength or magic on Zelestia, so the only thing that benefits with her passive is Brave Sword. Levin Sword could sometimes be useful with Soulblade, but I cannot see it ever being better than just using Brave Sword or Bolganone ever.

This means that the weakness of the Brave Swords’ low might is mitigated because Soulblade will cause the defense of any martial class to be hampered by their res. Even a +1 in damage because of Soulblade will help Brave Sword immensely. This may or may not help much against units with balanced defenses like Paladins, however.
@@Ryodraco It applies per hit, Brave Sword hits 2x / 4x, Levin Sword hits 1x / 2x I think Levin Sword makes the damage apply magical instead of physical, but the scaling is enemy DEF+RES at 50% value instead of unit's STR or MAG. And Brave Sword can use Eirika's passive since that only procs on physical damage attacks. So you can stack Eirika's passive with Soulblade together when you use a Brave Sword. Soulblade is basically Sandstorm, but it has a 100% chance to proc.
This is wrong. It determines the damage by the average of the foes res and def. Your own str and magic is still used when attacking with a physical sword (or magic for levin) in that calculation.
I Actually really Like Eirika with her. Slapped Sword Power on her to take advantage of Weapons the Ring Provides and the Magic Increase was very Much appreciated
To make sup for Soulblade being a Bane to Zelestia, I decided to give her the Lunar Brace to put more oomph in her physical attacks or just stick to Thoron and Excalibur. And Bolganone Zelestia has a little more Physical and Magic damage on her than Chloé, but at the cost of luck and speed. Zelestia is a powerful unit overall in my opinion, but her potential is hindered by her own Class Skill. But thanks to her being well versed in Physical and Magic attacks, as well as being a flying class, Zelestia has some of the best Versatility in the game among non Dragon units.
Soulblade was honestly not a problem for me. She was still capable of two-shotting almost everyone she came across with Levin Sword and was a player phase menace with Brave Sword.
@@Ryodraco I didn't give her any engravings yet. The Brave Sword isn't even refined. Plus I'm mostly grinding SP on her atm so Veronica + Mentorship/Lineage. All of her stats are maxed out though.
I used her on my last run with Speed/dex +5 (just speed 5 is enough) and sword power+5 (weapon sync should be enough too) and chrome with chrom engraving on levin sword...she's just a beast her melusine lvl 5 skill is really amazing it help to kill mage with levin sword and tank with brave sword ( even if levin sword is so strong that you will never swap outside for Thoron when you don't have range ) her only weakness i found on this is sometimes you don't have enough damage to kill some enemies ( weakness who totally disappear when you press the nuke button " who's activating chrom " and give her enough damage to litteraly 2 shot anything in the game outside sombron ) and second weakness is she work so well like that, that you end to not really use rally+, that i found really amazing, so felt like it was a amazing feature wasted.
I threw sword power 5 and keen insight+ on her personal class and she did great I gave her the heros sword, Levin sword for general attacks, armor slayer, wyrm slayer and Excalibur for flyers and she had no issues for my entire run soul blade let her really work around chunky targets with effective damage
And chrom was her emblem she makes good use of gigalevin sword and he gives her +10 magic when engaged she also had pretty good crit rates and her physical crits had 4× instead of 3× thanks to brute force
Like all the dlc units, she needs more supports.

She was a monster on my playthrough with levin sword and Chrom. She’s also my favorite engage character.

She's an absolute menace with Lyn, Sword Power & Levin.
Just carry a thoron for things that are out of Levin range, canter is also fantastic.

What engraving did you use for this Brave Sword build? What Emblem and passives? I haven't tried Brave Sword with her myself yet.
