First, good to see you give the old girl ( the smoker) a second life. Next up I'm curious what the end game with the trailer is. And last really like what you did with the wrap on the truck. Looked great, but especially liked the scan sign. Make it easy for folks to find you online, great move. 👍🍻
The end game is to enclose it all for a mobile kitchen so we can get permitted as a food truck. It’s exciting stuff!. The QR was my idea, it goes to our Linktree. Highly recommend in these digital days!
@@TexasBBQGuy hey thank you for the reply. Nice going mobile with a food trailer. That's my goal for next year. Converting a propane tank to a bbq is something I'm wanting and willing to do. But as to the foodtrailer, I'm probably going to have to have someone else do that for me. That's beyond my " pay grade" so to speak. I drive truck professionally and have the option of being able to work a extra day ( I'm currently working full-time but only 3 days/ 40 hours) so if I work day 4 that still leaves plenty of time to go salmon fishing and sell bbq at the local farmers market on Saturday's. But I do hope you do a series like you did with your first smoker on your trailer. The smoker you just picked up and are currently resurrecting, will that be fitted to the foodtrailer or else where? Who knows, maybe you can inspire me to build my trailer also. Anyway keep up the great work and have a great day. 👍
@@victorbenner539 I tell you what, there’s a company I’m talking to right now to do a second trailer, completely professional setup. We are going out to their site Saturday morning to look at their operation. You probably already know as well as I do the cost of a professionally built rig, but these guys have a completely different set up.
