RC Ranch Wagyu Cowbell Short

Howdy folks! I know it’s been a minute, I just got access back to this account after I lost everything getting a new phone.
Just to get back into the swing of the RUclips thing, I smoked a RC Ranch wagyu beef plate cowbell on my RecTec Bullseye using Bear Mountain Chophouse Blend pellets. The seasoning was pretty basic, but wow did it pack a punch! RC Ranch 5⭐️ Blend and Five Monkeys BBQ Sauce Monkey Mex Seasoning for the win!
Smoke time was about 3 hours at 250 until an internal of 175, then I wrapped in a crutch with some RC Ranch wagyu tallow until it hit an internal of 205.
For the finished product, the cowbell got a light Indonesian sambal drizzle, then a sprinkle of chopped manzana pepper, jalapeños, and some chives.
