Don't buy a camera from them... I bought a camera from them, and even paid extra for warranty. When I made a claim just 2 months after purchase I was pretty well told to gtfo, and stopped responding.

Yes 'things happen'. But for you to be waiting and hour for food cooked incorrectly and for you to experience such things on more than one occasion is a bit of a black mark against a brand that markets itself as being above the competition. It's not great at any price point but at the ticket price involved I'd have hoped they were proactively reaching out to you at the time & post cruise to deliver a, genuine, service recovery package.

Only time I’ve seen anything resembling that is when I stayed in one of the Royal suites on the QE2 alongside in Dubai. Duplex suites. But they are nothing compared to this.

curious if your server at the steak house qualified Millie's steak temp, cuz as a fine dining professional, and an american married to a Brit, and your wait time between courses - I'm guessing the server heard well. myself and my husband have had to clarify his RARE on more occasions than I can count.

Our first and only cruise was on the Apex’s sister ship, the Beyond. Was a wonderful experience. The crew, the entertainment and food was incredible. The Magic Carpet was a disappointment, due to the wind. We stayed in a Veranda stateroom and it was ok but, I think we would have enjoyed a full balcony more. But, overall, they did a great job and I hope we can do it again.

At first I wondered if the cruise ship sponsored you but you were fair with criticisms about service as you were with complements about the overall experience.

Your videos are my favorite guilty pleasure and I am always so excited to vicariously experience all of that opulence and luxury for even just the 25 minutes of your video.... I am always drooling over the dishes at those restaurants but I can't believe you had to wait over an hour for your meal at that steakhouse! That doesn't seem acceptable for the prices you paid for that trip!

It's called having a good credit line, knowing how to negotiate sponsorship deals & being smart enough to strike a mutually beneficial arrangement with somebody like The Luxury Travel Expert who is the travel broker he uses to book & organise most ( if not all) his travels at 'special' ( and confidential) rates whilst also arranging those trips in ways that ensure the best levels of soft & hard products.
Of course actual figures are his own private business but having followed him from day 1 & being in the travel trade myself I know the value his sponsors will assign to his content. Yes the majority of those watching don't have the means to follow in his footsteps but in a large way that doesn't actually matter to his commercial sponsors. The content is 'High Aspiration' which on the ladder of lucrativeness is right towards the top. Again whilst it's his own private business he has put in the work to develop his brand so there's at least a chance that that high ticket price is, if not completely then very nearly, covered by XYZ videos sponsor. Couple that with residual payments from other ongoing backers & YT revenue then I'd imagine his bank/ credit card balance probably isn't nearly as scary as you might at first imagine. Now that's all down to him, his hard work in creating & publishing content as well as his clear intelligence when it comes to business negotiations so imho hat's off to the kid for all he's achieved. You can't resent anyone for experiencing some of the finer things in life if they are in that position due to their own hard work & dedication to a dream.

Without a doubt the best looking cruise I've seen you take. A lot of the cruises you go on seem a bit dated and well ... a bit dull. This one looks modern and fun
I've seen on another blog (for Celebrity Beyond, sister ship), if this type of room goes unsold, they give it to employees to enjoy, who are nominated by their peers. I think that's so sweet.
