First thing first! Why is there a sink in the middle of the home? It's strange. Secondly, I love the 2nd floor rooms. Great view on the balcony from the front bedroom and to the side of the other bedroom. So sleek and cozy. Still I don't want to share a bath room with anyone.
But why can't the 2nd floor be access from inside the home instead of the outside stair well. Seem bad for personal security. Still a lovely home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Interesting foray into home design. Well done! :)
