This is one of the perfect loft type I’ve seen. The room on the groundfloor will best for elders. Bathroom at loft will give comfortability for peeing at night time. Love it.😍

Alanganin lng nag 40sq i make it 60sq if ako ang magpagawa… very nice house perfect for me.
My only suggestion wid be to put a wall in front of the washing machine to give privacy.
What’s with the tiny windows in Back??? Big windows mean a bigger feeling interior

Go to cotaparedes ARQUITECTOS BASE IN MEXICO. THEY SHOW ACTUAL HOUSE WITH THOSE DIMENSIONS. NO VIRTUAL CRAP
Very nice! However, the volume of storage space is absolutely insufficient. The upstairs wardrobe is barely enough for one person (although the bathroom could be proper wardrobe), let alone most people have not only clothes but a LOT of other stuff which needs cabinets, shelves etc. It's a nice space, but kind of unrealistic in this setup, even as a weekend house you probably need more storage.
It's probably designed for minimalist people. Less is more. 😉
