- This is a design concept for a Small House with Loft.
The lower floor has a Main Bedroom, Living area, Kitchen and Dining area, Toilet and Bath, Entry porch, and a Lanai.
The loft floor is a multi-purpose room overlooking the living area.
Lower Floor Area: 47 sqm
Loft Area: 15.6 sqm
The House cost is roughly estimated at around Php 1.20 M (Usd 24K).

Okay, so you made me quiver a lil' bit with this design. 🥴🥰 Great job! It checks all boxes. I love the koi pond, lanai, patio and upstairs nook/workstation. The only thing I would change is the washing machine must be stackable with a dryer, and the downstairs bedroom I would make into a flex room as a gym with a trundle bed that can lower down when guests come. I can use a small shed to put the gym stuff in temporarily. Again, great job. How much is it btw?
