- I am pretty sure this was my favorite declutter yet. There is something to be said for creating spaces you love. I didn't show it, but we filled up TWO whole trash bags between mine and Stephen's cabinets. I hope you enjoy this week's declutter video. Yup! I was losing my mind and had to get creative.
I can do one better than that, even. My step-daughters would take MY hairbrush to their Mom's house and leave it there. Over and over again. :D
Love that solution. I set up a rule years ago for my kids. Brushes stay in each kids bedroom and they brush their hair there. With lice that goes around schools and illnesses, best to have a no sharing, as well as, no drawer sharing rule.

Thanks for those kind words! He is very supportive. He really isn't an in front of the camera person, but he has been getting a lot of love on here so I think that is bringing him out of his shell a bit.
I think your brush is attached to a string so no one steals it. EVERYONE in my house walks off with my brush!!! That is a great idea to get little squirt bottles!

We had the toilet paper crisis in Germany as well. It was a little bit embarassing, because in France they hoarded Red Wine and Condoms, in the Netherlands it was Marihuana and the Germans hoarded toilet paper😂😂 No we know what everyone did in quarantine.

Oh yes the toilet paper problem was also a thing here in Germany - crazy!
You can buy a small hand held steamer its super easy to remove black mold and its not hard on you it will clean the cracks between tiles in the shower.Happy cleaning

I actually putted mine on a chain. Cause i always had to search the whole house for one, thanks to my daughter.

Love that solution. I set up a no brush sharing rule for my kids years ago. With lice in schools, they keep their brushes in bedroom and brush there.
Lol, I started getting low on TP and I bought an add on bidet for the toilet.... took a year to get it installed, but I love it now!

Peri bottles are also great for taking dish soap with you while camping, or for cleaning things in the bathroom, laundry room, etc. I used mine for years for that. lol

Oh, the toothpaste splatters and splots! My kids somehow managed to get the toothpaste in every nook and cranny when they were small...I miss it now. Great job reorganizing!

I know I’m a little bit late to the game but I know why that brush is attached by a string!! When you have daughters, brushes grow legs and walk away and of course, no one has a clue where the brushes are!! I’ve thought of doing that myself!
No toilet paper shortage in Greece, fortunately, but in any case we would use baby wipes instead or hit the shower😅 I am watching your decluttering videos in a row. Love them🥰

My best friend was a rep, so of course I had to do a lot of supporting. 😂
You can use those squirt bottles for stuff like peroxide/rubbing alcohol. Or nail polish remover.
You can use them outside with kids. If you have snow throw some food dye and water in them they can color in the snow.
If you have nice weather. You can crush up some chalk and it in with water and they can color on the sidewalk driveway. And it works great on sand!
I'm gonna use that chalk idea! We love playing with sidewalk chalk
Totally bought one of the Frida versions of those bottles and I use it for a bidet on a semi-regular basis 😅

I think the toilet paper alternative is genius I bought some packs of very cheap washcloths.... Just in case. Luckily I was still able to find toilet paper and get some cheapy stuff that we used when the good kinds were out at the store so we survived it I used most of the little wash clothes for rags but I think I still have some just in case. 😂

I’m in Canada and we sure had a shortage of toilet paper. I remember before the world got crazy that I was at Walmart and I thought I would stock up with a few packages of tp. I saw a woman taking quite a few packages and didn’t think much of it. I knew things were crazy in Europe and as I don’t go out to shop often I thought I’d stock up on a few essentials.......so glad I did as not long after the store shelves were empty. It was shocking to see how quickly the hysteria started. I’m praying that this year things will calm down and we can all regain some sense of normalcy.

In the Netherlands when that covid-thing broke out, everybody grabbed the toiletpaper out of the shops, also pasta and rice and so on....empty shelves for weeks. I remember I had to go to 3 different shops to become only one pack of toiletpaper, ridiculous!

Our kids only use the Hello brand toothpaste from target. There is no dye so you can’t see the toothpaste in the sink as much! 😄

I've used it once and it actually made it softer. Although it didn't wash out all the way like I wanted it to. I am sure just like any hair dye it is damaging to some extent. Still fun, though 😂
