Jamie Foxx did a phenomenal job in portraying the great Ray Charles. He was brought this man life story to the forefront. I forgot sometimes he was portraying someone else, that’s how convincing he was. He deserved his Oscar win. I had my daughter with me, I think she was 4 or 5 yo, and he told her she was the prettiest girl he had ever "seen". We all got a good chuckle, but he was a true class act to us and I will always think about that brief encounter with that legend.
