    Chiropractic has been the best for me, my other doctors just want to shove meds down my throat, where as my chiropractor has been able to get me back to working order

    Your knowledge and way of effective exploration helped me turn the table around on a lot of people who were part of problem instead of solution..we have groups who have lost weight got rid of diabetes and high blood pressure. I am one of them...

    You have some wonderful content on RUclips about health and nutrition but I have to ask are there any meaningful studies about chiropractic care? I personally cannot find much scientific evidence that certain procedures are based in science. Could you please do a video on which procedures are grounded in science and which are unfounded?

    First off, great video! Keep them coming!
    Question:
    So I've seen other chiropractors showing results with pre and post x-rays that they have "corrected" a crooked spine (from the anterior-posterior view), would you then say that by doing the adjustments the brain eventually finds its optimal position when putting pressure on the receptors rather than the chiropractor himself puts the patient or the vertebraes in place? Clearly you can see that the spine has become more straight.
    Thank you!

    • @drekberg
      @drekberg  6 лет назад +2

      The adjustment is a pattern interrupt. It allows the brain to break through the status quo and return to normal hence over time the brain gets a more true picture of reality and can return to normal posture. So the adjustment allowed the body to straighten up but it wasn't the chiropractor that "moved the bone".

    I had a few adjustments that I don't think I even needed because it turns out that this was a groin pull. But now I'm experiencing a kind of tingling and numbness and a little bit of slowing down of my extremities both arms and legs. She was using that drop table on me claiming that my ilia sacral area needed to be readjusted and she also used the gun thing on my cervical vertebrae as well as the lumbar and the last time she just went up and down my thoracic spine with it. Do you think this numbness and tingling means that I've got herniated discs now or that I have any kind of nerve damage and what can I do to improve it?

    Can you tell me how often should I visit the chiropractor? Mine wants me to visit him every week but my wallet can only handle every 2-3 weeks. Will this work for me? I feel good and have great health, only a very small rounding of my upper back.
    I am thinking about resting my upper back over a yoga block and just relax in there for a while to see if my posture improves over time. What do you think?

    • @drekberg
      @drekberg  6 лет назад +1

      There is not a set time for everyone. While it is more important to be treated more frequently in the beginning the frequency should go down rather quickly. Frequent adjustments long term are only needed if you are not addressing the real problem. Ie: deficiency or toxicity.

      When one is exposed to it they might not even know it happened, which was the case for me. Two to three days later you get a surprise - an extremely itchy rash.
