After implementing this technique ONCE, I have received significant relief. This will be a part of my daily routine and I will recommend this technique to my clinical clients as a part of their wellness routine. God Bless You!!!! I LOVE the channel. Wow. I could feel a difference and I wasn't as aggressive with my head as you were with yours. I sleep on my right side predominantly and I sometimes get a stiff neck from that. I'm going to do this technique on myself and mention it to the chiropractor next time I go. I've known that my sore neck was from sleeping hard on that side. Now I can get better relief than taking a pill. Awesome video Dr Berg. You are my hero! Best regards from beautiful Wisconsin 😉😎

I twisted my neck and it popped, but short after it was so tight and painful, I could not move it without pain.
The pain then went into my right shoulder.
I went to Dr. BERGS RUclips VIDEOS and followed as he demonstrated, I can now move my neck and the tightness and pain have decreased by 50 percent.

If everybody who gets help from this blessed man could give him a day of his life, Dr Berg would be immortal. Thank you Doc, this video helped me a lot. At child age i get injury in my neck, nobody correct that, that was 40 years ago. After 2nd step I felt like in heaven. 3rd step, you massage those muscles, which I get cramps sometimes (for example, when I wanna eat filled baguette, and open my mouth "too much") it hurt like hell and there is even cramp i the back of my tongue. Thought it's something with tongue, or tongue bone. Last two years I hear something like diesel engine still running, realized that it is not real, it's sort of tinnitus. After 2nd step, I didn't hear that so loud, it's almost out. When doing that 2nd step i felt adjustmnet not on Atlas, but down, around C6 or C7, there was clicking sound. Feel much, much better. God bless you and your family. Thank you so much for your shared information, I learned a lot in 3 month I study your videos. Getting addict on that. Thank you so much.
