    I totally live by this and people think I’m nuts. I do a Keto diet, exercise regularly & do lots of yard work. I think as long as a person eats right and exercises the body will regenerate. I love your knowledge & desire to help people!!! I thank God for you!!! I pray that God blesses you abundantly!

    Thank you so much for this video, it has given me hope. I cannot climb stairs without pain and I avoid places where there are hills or steps...... that really does restrict the places I can go.
    Now, I have something that gives me great hope and a goal to improve my quality of life. I know it will take work and time, but if the end result is to repair whatever the problems are with my knee(s)...then I am prepared to do it

    Do you have a solution for knee pain at night in bed or when cold? During the day all fine, can run etc. No problem. At night I can’t sleep because the knee irritates me (itchy pain). Suggestions?

    Recently new subscriber here and catching up through your older videos...Not sure if you still reply to your older videos but it would be very interesting for an updated and more in depth video regarding the type of self treatment we can do for knee pain without visiting a specialist and/or replacement surgery. Interesting topics to cover might be the right nutrition and body weight, red light therapy to increase circulation and collagen, and of course the right type of exercising...I for one would love to watch that type of video!!

    I love dr Ekberg's videos as I am 67 and get the usual issues like knees, digestion etc etc. The only issue for me in terms of nutrition is a lot is mentioned about meat, bone broth etc but I don't eat meat. I eat everything else including fish and hopefully eat reasonably well apart from meat, but I will certainly follow his advice with exercises etc.

I do some peterson step up exercise and i walk backwards to reduce further stress. Go buy "animal flex" + a collagen supplement. The inflammation is gone but Imma need stem cell transplantation in the future for sure

    Hey Dr ekberg, I'm really struggling with staying away from soy, I desire to maintain natural testosterone levels, I'm 20 and I know the average male experiences low testosterone, I don't want to be apart of that statistic, any advice.

    • @drekberg
      @drekberg  7 лет назад +15

      thejdog139 There is one factor above all that imbalances the endocrine system and that is sugar. The dominant hormone in the body is insulin that displaces and unbalances all other hormones and sugar is the thing that triggers insulin. So the more sugar you eat , the more insulin you produce and the more you unbalance your hormones. Now when we say sugar we include anything that is a carbohydrate so refined sugar natural sugar fruit toast waffle syrup grain bread beans corn potato all of those things are sugar or just one step away from sugar. So it's not that sugar is bad but we eat way way way way too much of it we want to focus on meat and vegetables and have the starches and grains as accents.We need to have food that is excellent quality nothing refined.
