Screen your eyes as often as you visit your dentist - says Robert Birch
Robert Birch, co-founder of screening algorithms patented in Denmark as RetinaLyze, talks about why everyone of us should test his or her eyes once per year. He suggests, we should all see eye specialists at least as often as we go to our dentists to control the condition of our teeth.
Thanks to human development, people live longer.
Along with age we should gain also better health, which mostly depends on our life style and how aware are we of our everyday choices.
Neglecting periodical health checks because of our rush for success or pleasure, or because of our fear not to learn about a potential disease, is not a good practice. Instead, we should better make a Check List, which we shall follow every year and take care of our body not less than we do about our cars or houses.
Robert Birch answers the questions about what made him interested in Artificial Intelligence in Health and why he decided to invest in eye screening algorithms - spreading his patent into tens of countries within a year!
