I’m 11 hours post surgery. I’m experiencing no pain just very uncomfortable. I feel like I need the toilet (number 2) all the time this is giving me a soar behind. It’s 2.15am and I just can’t sleep. I’m lay here writing this while fantasizing of being normal again.
@UCSV7HLjwbrd_29YVt_HfPkA I wasn’t normal for about 2 weeks. It was extremely uncomfortable with having the feeling of needing to go all of the time, and a handful of sleepless nights was the killer for me.
At times while on the toilet there was almost a feeling of passing razor blades but it didn’t go into the realms of “pain”. I’m better now with no issues, thank god!

Hello, I am 3 days post op from my hemorrhoidectomy. Can you please explain why would I only be prescribed oxycodone and not a muscle relaxer? I was sent home with that at 5mg/15tabs take every 4 hrs. Then Zofran and dibucaine 1%. My pharmacy didn't have the 1% but the 5% and thats the one I got. However the oxycodone doesn't do anything but make me sleep for an hour. Then I'm right back to that pain again. Why wouldn't something stronger be given or a muscle relaxer?

I just had surgery. Actually two sugeries at the same time. A cystorectomy and a hemoroidectomy. I am on my fourth day home. I was supposed to have three removed but the dr/ only cut one off and Tied the others. I haven't had any meds other then laxatives. Which i really don't need so after taking the first day home and having first bowl moment, I find I didn"t even need them. I also was given a pain med. but pain was not that bad. So I never used any of them. . I was on my feet the entire next day because of a family funeral. My bottom only hurts when I sit on a hard surface too long, so I have to keep moving my bum around in different positions. As i said I am now on my fourth day after surgery and and have had several bowl moments, Im feeling tender but pretty darn good. I only experienced bleeding the first day home. But that too was very minimal. Bowl moments hurt not at all for me. As long as you keep them soft you will not experience any pain at all. Of course, I only had one cut off. I am on my way to full recovery. Can't wait to talk to my Dr. now That I understand a little more about the procedure. Just to see what my forward situation should be like.

Your story is very unusual. Most lve read so far say it's absolutely horrendous and causes other ongoing problems.

I just have rubber band applied to one hemorrhoid. But it make me fill uncomfortable and burning.
Recovering from this now and going on my 3rd week. This is some painful stuff especially during a bowel movement.

have been to the e.r twice since i have no family doctor they did a dare exam, i dont have bloody stools no diarea no change in weight, no signeficant pain just alot of pressure inflamation and swelling feels dry no cream seems to work i tried nefedilipile ointment and 0.5 hydro cortisone, anusol nothing works, also feels like a bump on the anus inside the opening, feels very raw cant even sit down its been 2 month and no relifed i was refered to a g,i but in canada it is a 5 month waiting im in discomfort do u believe it hemrhoid or maybe a cyst, ? it get iratated when its touched and flares up for 24 hours ???
Why would my surgeon not remove all hemorrhoids during a hemorrhoidectomy? I just had my surgery February 11th and i still have a large hemorrhoid? I'm confused as to why?
I was told that we have like 3 parts to our anus. All mine are enlarged but the surgeon said that he won’t take all three out cause it can mess with your bowel movements or something like that, so they’re only going to remove 2 of mine 🤷🏽♂️
Can I ask how it felt? Did they give you Anastasia so you wouldn’t feel any pain during surgery? How was recovery afterwards?
@@johnjoseph6874 yes they give you anesthesia and they also gave me fentanyl. I didn’t feel much pain a few days after surgery until the day I had to pass some bm, that was really painful. Be prepared, watch these videos for help, they’re better than the advice your Dr. gives you

After surgery it took a couple of weeks before feeling pain free when going toilet. At the moment i am experiencing some constipation feeling like i wanna go & when i do liquid incontinence comes out but it still feels like stuff is still up there. Now ot just hurts when i try 2 go.
I'm thinking about doing it bec I have internet and external and my internet comes out I push them back up but....
Not scared about surgery but I did the searched they said it hurt alot I'm more scared about the pain 😥😢😭
I’m 16 days out of surgery and I’m generally so much better however the pain is very profound . It IS better though just slow. My hemorrhoids were grade 4 internally and 2 external. My ears are open and I would surely answer any questions if any one has any !

@@muscan9247 , to be 100% honest yes it truly hurts like crazy ... I am getting better tho, I have to realize it was a major surgery and I need to be more kind to myself. If you do the surgery it would be very beneficial to have help in the beginning with your kids..

Keep away yourself from spicy foods and even ask your doctor to prescribe some modicines to regulate blood vessels. And I am sure your problem will be solved

@@anmanm6305 Good day . Currently I am I am much better than my previous condition. I don’t have that much bleeding, little or no. I see it when my diet is not as to what I have to get. I only have problem of narrowness may be due to muscle spasm or stenosis.

Sir, my sphincterotomy has been done 7 days ago by laser. I am feeling knife stabbing like sphincter spasms while sleeping and passing urine. Is it common after surgery ? Also I have hail of burning sensation at sphincter muscles
I have that crazy burning sensation accompanied by spasms too, so it must be part of the healing process ... how are you feeling now ?
I’m freaked out I had both external and internal removal. I’m having issues now going to the bathroom. My stitches are coming out I feel 2 holes and I can’t get ahold of my surgeon

What was your outcome?? because Iam currently on internal hemorrhoides bandage and it feels horrible
@@myapinion7532 yeah I did, back in February 2022. Recovering was very painful, but 2-3 months I felt like myself again.
@@noelalmazan4824 outcome was successful. Recovery was painful for a while. 2-3 months, started feeling like myself again. I had stage4, so it’s a possibility you might have less trouble. Not sure if that’s accurate or not.

I had my hemorrhoid surgery for both internal and external hemorrhoids 4 months ago and I am now lifting weights. In other words, yes you can. Other factors depend too, especially on how you recover, since we all recover differently. Get a good doctor.

Not sure..but I got my four removed.3 internal and 1 external
If you can answer this question I'll be very happy. I had done two days, ago removing my flaps of loose skin on my anus outside where is visible so now surgeon didn't stitch me and didn't burn the blood.. Now I have open hope next to my other hole. Is it normal to leave the wound open? Will it closes by shrinking of what should happen to it

My hemorrhoids are bleeding, allowing gas to come out and mucus discharge. I won’t have insurance for 5 months. Ointment doesn’t work. Someone told me that fire crackers do help. It removes the puffy, bloody stuff and also kills the pain. What kind of explosive items do u recommend?

Agreed, watching how the hems practically melted away within 48 hours, feels so good lol, I used what I talked about the other day, well it actually took about 72 hours for them to totally shrink and disappear, I just go’ogled Melissa Thanderski and the relief is so worth it.
