Thank you for your videos. I’m the bipolar spouse - I think your content is important.
Thank you so much!
Thank you for continuing to make these videos! You were a bright light during some of our darkest times.
I've since learned to stop reacting, choose my battles, and set BOUNDARIES! This infuriated him, and I told him, you need to stay on your meds, get into therapy, or I'm gone, period. We were in a therapists office by the end of the day.
It's only been a couple of weeks, but I can tell he's working really hard, and he says he's regretful of his past behavior. We have our 2nd therapy appointment tomorrow, he's currently working on a list of what he wants to address. (He insists that if I don't go into the therapist office with him, he's not going.... I'm OK with that, for now) 😊
I am so happy for you! Small steps. Work through setbacks. And good things will happen. Thank you so much for your support. I’m sure your comments will help others as well.
Spouses are the only family members worth fighting for. My entire family shunned me years ago and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I had to help me before I could become a wide.🐉
Thank you for sharing.
Wow...!! I will test this though we're on the brink of going apart...
I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you found something useful in my video.
