    The service department of the tech company worked for , before starting my own business - we charged $145 an hour and we got that number $ cause our competitors were also charging that.
    I believe real professional companies that are rock star customer service can charge that.

    Mike , would you announce your price raise ? Or just start doing it . I often see ppl announcing that prices are going up but I’m thinking just start charging more. And also do you break down the price to customer to individual costs ? Or just tell them the total price

      For one time jobs... just do it. For recurring, a well-crafted announcement is good
