The DV Mark Raw Dawg EG Eric Gales is the perfect amp if you're a pedal nerd and need that blast from behind you, without hurting your back or the need to hire a roadie. I played the amp with a few pedal between compressor, fuzz, overdrive and distortion. Its 250 watts power amp blew me away!

I prefer the Amp1 because I used both editions of it for some time now and love the form factor and the power and headroom this thing has.

Hey Frank great vid. Did you get to try out any of the DVMark cabs at all? I've been interested in those neo-classic speakers that are in some, but I've had a hard time finding any audio or video on them being used for higher gain music. Also hope some more vids are on the way thanks for the entertainment.

Hey, thanks. I played a few DVMark cabs over the past couple of years. They all work great for high gain stuff, you might have seen some of the videos of Fredrik Thordendal from Meshuggah playing them.

Not at all, it reacted very well to the humbuckers. And I also had an overdrive in front of it, which means even more signal.

My friend has this amp and it’s incredibly dark, he has to turn the bass to 0 to make it sound decent

It definitely would, although I am not sure if amp sims would sound good over this.
