One thing I noticed is that when Cloud hold Tifa's hand, it's a simple hand hold. Which likely contribute to the shock many players felt after seeing the back-to-back Cloud and Aerith scene later in the game, which have the interlocked fingers handhold (koibito tsunagi).
I love Red's little heart thing that he does in his version. There could be a few things to get from that, but I like to believe that he did it to imply Cloud and Aerith as a couple.
Cloud's eyes tell more than 1000 words. That man is deeply in love and the look Cloud and Aerith shared proves that their feelings are mutual. Nanaki sees this and uses his tail and makes a heart for them. He is such a good wingman/dog 😂

Man, I'm loving your channel. All the dates are great but the only one that really fits perfectly is Aerith and Cloud's. It flows the best and it only makes sense that Aerith's theme plays after her performance as it's her moment. Also, she's the only one that makes sense as Rosa hence why it's in the closing credits.
Agreed. Her gondola ride also the only date where cloud got confirmation about his dilemma ( he sort of bother about aerith feelings toward zack, remember?). I love seeing him feeling cheerful after the ride's over 😊
I'm pretty sure they will. We have yet to see the ending of "Loveless" play out as well as the closing lyrics in "No Promises to Keep". I have a feeling there is going to be a lot of Aerith in Part 3.
I'm so in love with how there's always a moment where Cloud is staring at Aerith in all of them like some lovestruck fool! Love that detail. Each of the dates have their own little charm, but Aerith's is definitely my favorite!
Since Hollow is Cloud's song about Aerith and No Promises To Keep is Aerith's Song to Cloud I am hoping for some duet in part three😍 whenever that happens😁

Anywho, I was so happy to see someone else point out cloud’s facial expression after holding Tifa’s hand; I didn’t notice till this video! His eyes looked disappointed/sad after and looks as if he made a decision he wasn’t that happy with. I love how in every scenario, aerith still renders him speechless and his jaw only drops for her, this has just consistently remained true, even in remake. Even though I’m clerith all the way, again, I do like tifa! I feel bad for her though. the parallels between aerith and tifa’s date was interesting as well. Tifa’s gs dates always tied back to aerith in some way and it wasn’t like that with aerith. ( cloud getting jealous over aerith possibly going on a date with someone else & gondola date )Before watching tifa and cloud kiss, I had a guess that it still tied back to aerith in some way. The kiss didn’t feel right… at that moment cloud still had the uncertainty about aerith feelings. cloud sadly asking if tifa had talked to aerith and she said no. His response was “she must still have feelings for Zack…” then tifa said it’s more complicated than that, then changed the subject. Idk the kiss felt like cloud rebounding because he thought the girl he loved was still in love with Zack. So he kissed tifa after. If the date didn’t mention aerith possibly having feelings for Zack still and the disappointment on his face and tone prior, I would’ve thought otherwise. A cloti in another video said the same thing. They prefer tifa, but after seeing both dates it was clear to them that the kiss felt empty and like a rebound. It lacked the emotional intimacy and that the choice was always aerith. The hand holding here and the kiss just wasn't the same. sorry for the long paragraph!! NPTKのムービーはどれもとても素敵ですが、やっぱりエアリスが1番心に残るし、1番メインストーリーに合っていると思います。
ティファの手を握った後のクラウドの表情は、本当のクラウドの気持ちや望みは別にあるのではないか(エアリスに向けて)と気付かせてくれる、そんな表情でとても切なくて涙が出そうになりました。
バレットがゴンドラデートでクラウドに伝えたように、後悔する前にちゃんとクラウドの本当の想いをPart3で伝えれる事を心から祈っています。
