- We installed this 3400 stall torque converter made by Circle D Specialties in my 2016 Charger R/T with the 8HP70 transmission. This higher stall converter will allow the Charger R/T and Scat Packs (also Challengers) to have more aggressive launches and 0-60 times.

What was your problem when your engine was binding when trying to mess with it with the breaker bar thanks ! Cause I’m having the same issue with my stall converter
Converter wasn’t seated all the way into the trans

Quick question did you have to have the TCM reflashed after installing the converter jw bc I’ve gotta code u160 tcm cal corrupt popping up any info will help

How is it when driving normal?does it shift fine and does it shift at a higher rpm?
Yes. Only time it feels loose is when I accelerate from a near stop, like from 5 mph
How did you get the torque converter bolts off?
Remove inspection plate
