  • This song by The Doors is another track that was requested so often that I just had to do it, although there's not much in it for a drummer. You might need a good smoke or a proper cup of tea to listen all the way through the 3 1/2 hour instrumental break though...

Yes, please! Sina is almost unbelievably good here being able to catch and adopt Densmore’s style: crisp, light, with airy cymbals, and still moving the band ahead on firm shoulders. Yes, this is in 4/4 tempo but there’s so much more to be amazed at and if you are a drummer yourself, you know it. So, be meek and be silent. Sina never shows off ..anything but respect! And yes, you do!

SUCH A CRAZY ERA IN MUSIC - 60's stuff, utilizing the "organ" keyboard because we had noting else worth a darn until later electronics gave us maga sounds in the 80's. LOVE SINA for loving the good oldies. This song used to be thought of as really "wild" - now-a-days, it's a sleeper. Still glad Sina covered it - she makes any song enjoyable.

What I love watching and listening to Sina covers is that the drum sound is enhanced. It makes you feel like you are right there
in the studio. When we listen to song in our cars we usually turn up the Bass for a more realistic sound.
These RUclips videos are great. The cover song has the drum beats extenuated and clearer than normal and we don't need to
turn the bass, just the volume. Great job Sina! Love all your videos.

And what a lineup: Jim Morrison (vocals), Robby Krieger (guitar), Ray Manzarek (organ and keyboard bass), and John Demsmore (drums). Two of them---Jim Morrison and Ray Manzarek---are smiling from the other side. Robby Krieger and John Demsmore are still alive and well. And Densmore just got through singing your praises. This was the first Door's song I'd ever heard. It was 1970 and my Neighbor, 8 years my senior played to it on his 6pc Rogers Drum set with 5 Zildjiian Cymbals. He was a Graduate of the Hart School of Music. His name was Frank Izzo.. I ran out the next day and bought the album for the extended version. The 45 was too short. He taught me several things that day: to play my hi hats semi open, rim shots and snare work. Although the song featured Morrison, Manzarek's amazing keyboards and Robby Krieger on Guitar along with John Densmore who gave me chills with that staccato single beat on the Snare Drum leading into the song, this was my introduction inro Rock and Roll followed by the Beatles, CTA, CCR, The Rolling Stones and so many more while sitting on the shag carpet in his room amidst black lights, posters and pot. He played along to albums, never missing a beat and I loved every minute of it from the time when I was 7yo and would sit in his driveway listening to his top 40 band playing through his basement window. The Bass Player called me Beaver and made fun of me. Mikey Casher. Years later he got clean and sober. He came to talk to Frank who was on a drug binge and wouldn't come to the door. I met him on the front porch and he made an amends to me.I was 17 It would be two more decades before I got clean and sober and began making my own amends. Sadly, Frank died at age 39 in 1989. I hadn't seen him in ages. He was a mess and really sick. I survived and continued drumming until 2002 when I retired at age 44 after 34 years of bands, drugs and Rock and Roll.

The Doors are one of my all time favorites. There album Absolutely Live was the anthem of my teenage years in the 80's. Well done.

Balkancuga one year, whoa..I have played for over 40 years and played with quite a few top 10 artists Not that rap shit, but real music as sina does. She is one of the best young drummers out there right now. Her talent is par excellence to which there may be no equal for someone her age.

Yeah, i dont say she dont play good! She is excellent, but i just say that i drum like her with drummimg of one year. And yep, i agree that rap is shit

This whole commen section is off the rails. She seems more than a competent
drummer to me. I don't believe why lacks passion. It's obvious she loves what she does and wishes to keep learning. She may have a shy personality. And proving to be good musician ,there is n need for coke, speed, and destructive attention seeking behaviour.
