lol it's not even my job, I'm not an influencer yet I've realised how many skincare products I've accumulated over the past months just to experiment, to see what works and what doesn't. My skin suffered a bit too by changing products quite often.

@@thestormlscoming ture! For me sunscreen is especially a tricky and pricy experiment. Some sting, some irritate my skin, others are too drying or too oily, white cast.
My skin was best when I was broke and the only skincare I owned was 2% retinol from TO , cerave in the tub, cleanser and sunscreen. I only owned this much so I had to use it consistently and not experiment.
skin care products add up very quickly! you don't realize until it's too late.
Less is more. For me a good sunscreen is the one that's so hard to find.
I'd subscribe to a second chanel about real estate and finance. That and skincare are my top two interests!

Awww that dry weather in your apartment must be must be killing you I am sorry! Dry weather is horrific!! Get a humidifier and take it back once they fix the building... Once you leave Cali you will be so happy lol 😂 I know I was!! It’s a state for the wealthy anyway, you can do so many things in other states with an average salary!! It’s so nice especially the south west states.. I can so relate in this video! I have been taking so many breaks and accumulated so much skincare and it makes me feel just overwhelmed! I don’t even review the stuff that I get sent only the things I buy lol 😂 it’s becoming daunting!! The Skincare community in my opinion is just like makeup at this point it’s actually scary... I heard the finance community is quite competitive as well on RUclips.. You could change the channel around maybe do vlog type videos something’s related to skincare instead of just all skincare. I don’t think you should leave the community we need diverse voices in the community!!

I had my skin care awakening over a year ago and along with gaining knowledge I also gained soooooo many products lol steadily I have used them all up or gave them away, and now only purchase when I need to and it feels great. While I am still into skin care myself I will say I’m overwhelmed and tired of seeing it everywhere else. I would imagine that combining different topics on the same channel is detrimental only if the topics are so different. Like sports/cars with skin. But everyone needs finance and real estate as well as skin care

Same.... I just use tret and azelaic acid in the evening with no moisturizer. I don’t wash my face in the morning. I only wash my face when I shower with my body wash 🧴 which is aveeno daily moisturizing wash. Y’all might think I’m crazy, but yeah. It works for me.

I don't know if I'm qualified to give any advice, but I would definitely advice you to start a new channel if that is what you wish for. If you have two channels in two different niches, that might even be profitable for you on severel levels. Just make sure you choose something you like/ are passionate about and you know you can get a lot of content out. If in the end you feel like skincare is not something you want to continue, do not feel obligated to. There's no need to continue doing something you have no interest in.
and it is OK for you to take breaks, don't worry haha. :')
PS: I think I'm one of those persons who watches some of your vids for your personality cuz you sound kinda relatable and I like the way you talk and your delivery, the dry jokes :')
PSS: you can make make a video about all your all time favourite products or just all your 'empties' or whatever you still have at home if being out of ideas is an issue too :')

Are you still using tretinoin I saw a video about a week ago I guess it was in May of 2020 that you made this video I'm talking about where You were talking about you were on retin A for 6 months and it looked like a great change🙂

Also I'm wondering if when people use it for anti-aging purpose is there a point where it stops and it reaches a plateau as it were, or is it possible for a person to continue to improve as they continue to use tretinoin?

Dude it sounds like you need to live in your car ( or sell it for a van) travel America and do skin care seeing how it holds up in travel. If you work at home so to speak you can use free wifi to upload, pre plan your journey. Get a lil travel pet buddy, on to a winner.
For 6 months save money live minamalistic spend your spare time writing a book. There seems to be this misconception that you can only do one thing.. Monday videos are skin care, Wednesday or Thursday is finance, Saturday vlog update.... You can do it... Take a month off youtube get life affairs in order and plan your next 6 months then come back with new lease of life.
