    1- Do exercise 1 hour
    2- Eat Healthy food only ( junk once a week).
    3- Do minimum 7 hour of self study
    4- Attend the coaching with the productive mindset
    5- Sleep at 12 am anyhow
    6- Reduce my screen time

    5. Healthy diet (absolute no junk food junk food is not even necessary man)

    3> Eat healthy foods with proteins
    4> Drink water 5 litres daily

    My challeneges
    1- no eating of junk food more than once a week
    2nd - finish. All daily targets
    3rd - less than everyday phone watchtime.
    I.e - less than 2 hr a day

    Nd dude one more thing u r taking care of your body that's one thing u did..... The other thing is change your thinking patters.... Learn to remain calm n peaceful in every situation.... Learn to let go of things not meant for uh....Major is don't stress over things that r not in your control..... Khul ke jeeyo nd halke phulke mast rho hmesha chahe akele hi kyu na ho ... keep going buddy ❤️

    I really like it because 5 rules is not that much hard and not that much less. Unrealistic limits might fail so this will be enough to push the limits as well as complete it😊

    1. Lose 22 kgs and reach 65 kg body weight
    2. Achieve my dream body

    4. Create a sustainable healthy lifestyle for me

    My 100 days habits are:
    1. 45 min- 1 hr exercise daily (❤️)

    3. 3-4 L water daily (💚)
    4. 3 hr study-weekday and 7hr study-weekend (💛)
    5. Journalling 15-30 min (💗)

    1. Workout daily for approx 45 min
    2. Eating healthily and avoiding junk food and sugar
    3. Learning a new skill in my case it will be coding and I'll do it for 45 minutes daily and I increase the time daily by 5 minutes
    4. Reading a book 5 pages every day.
    5. Drinking 4 ltr of water every day.
