    1. Wake up at first alaram at.5.45 am. Won't snooze it. 2. Leave sugar and sugary things. 3. Pranayam and meditation for 10 to 15 minutes. 4. No shopping for new personal things. 5. Become a morning person. 6. Practice gratitude every night for atleast 10 minutes. 7. Mindful spending and track whatever I spend in 30 days. 8. Workout for 45 minutes. 9. Read self help books for 30 minutes. Will let you know if I miss any day

    आपका हर वीडियो सुपर होता है सर, मैंने भी वजन कम करने के लिये 3 महीने से शक़्कर नहीं खाया, सुबह उठा, 20 मिनिट कसरत किया और फ़ास्ट फूड खाने की आदत को छोड़ा, रात में 10 बजे सो जाता हूँ, 3 महीने में मैंने 29 किलो वजन कम किया है शानदार 🤟 1 अप्रैल को 131.35 किलो था और 1 जुलाई को 102.35 किलो...
