      Really?!?! Microwave ovens only cost like a couple hundred U.S. dollars at MOST, and that's for a large-sized and higher-powered one!!! Most cost much, much less than that in the USA. I do realize that there is a difference between our two currencies, but even so, it wouldn't account for such a descrepancy. If you don't mind me asking, then may I ask you what country do you live in that a microwave oven costs so much money?

    • @susansparke3462
      @susansparke3462 Год назад +1

      Sorry. Even though she's calling this a microwave oven, it can't possibly be a microwave. It has to be a mini countertop-type oven because you cannot put a metal roasting rack inside of a microwave oven.

    I’ve been debating whether or not to get this and your video convinced me! I’ve had this microwave for 4 months now and I use it almost everyday! The steaming function is my favourite- much easier cleanup than traditional stove top steaming! ❤

    It's listed as $1529 USD. It's a new product so it will be expensive. I, however, would invest simply because I won't waste time. I could see myself using this in dozens of ways. It replaces so many different appliances.

    I have no counter space for another microwave, but I kind of want one of these. Also one of those countertop ovens. They would have been so great when I lived in a studio apartment that didn’t have an oven.

    You can make boiled eggs in a convection oven. using the oven option When I used to eat eggs, I had the timings but I haven't for decades. But I used to do all my boiled eggs in my convection oven when I did. It takes a bit longer than boiling them, however, I liked mine hard boiled so just test for the time you need. I cooked mine at 180C. You don't have to worry about boiling water; once you get the temperature and timing you want for your eggs, you get perfect eggs every time.

    That's pretty awesome that you did it all in a microwave. I think you'd save more time if you had 2-3 microwaves going at the same time. :) The broth is cool, but the problem is that it did not make very much broth and you'd need a much bigger container to make proper broth in the microwave.

    I can't stress this out enough. You won't take longer than 1 hour to cook any broth with a pressure cooker. There is no benefit in cooking your broth for ours and ours, if you can do it the quick way.
    And it will save you a lot of your energy bill.

      LOVE my pressure cooker, I have made all kinds of broths that I would never have bothered to (at least not that often and as much experimenting with different kinds)!! Can’t believe I went so long without it and other people still don’t have it - giving my mum in law one for Xmas!
