      @@ibhupender_dhawan sir i m doing workout in noida dronacharya gym , sir our instructor told us to start cycle for define muscle is it ok to start cycle at the age of 26 , or it is only for competetors make video on this subject.

      Sir I can lift 80kg banch 4/5 repition. How can I above 100 kg plus banch. Bar weight not count. Please give some idea..

    Sir jo 80-90 ki bench maarte hai unke liye bhi banao. Jaise kitne reps kitne sets kare aur kitne weight se kare aur saath mai uske baad aur konsi exercise kare.
