Wie sagt man so schön, Schuster bleib bei deinen Leisten aka Kettlebells. So gut du mit Kettlebells bist, deine Rudertechnik ist grenzwertig. Es gibt wirklich ein paar gute Videos, welche die korrekte Technik beim rudern zeigen.
Seit 4 Jahren folge ich dir/euch schon und werde es weiterhin tun. Meine KB Technik hat sich seither enorm verbessert und wenn ich deine Snatch Technik sehe, wow!!
Hab Grad Dein Warm Up mitgemacht, weil ich dringend etwas Bewegung brauchte. Liege schon den ganzen Tag mit Mensweh im Bett. Und die Musik rockt einfach voll 🎉 Wenn es mir wieder besser geht, komm ich wieder und mach mehr mit, soweit es geht. Stehe hart am Anfang...aber ich werde mich schon durch improvisieren, wenn es zu hart für mich ist. Bis denne, Shortfriend Edit: sagst Du mir bitte noch, was wir da hören?
