Do straight lines at 1020 m/s if you want but that's boring to me By going +50 m/s faster, I lose a lot of ship manoeuvrability and it wouldn't be interesting to play with the terrain. There's a balance between speed and manoeuvrability which to me seems to be between 180 m/s - 240 m/s. Important to note that the more gravity there is on a planet, the less you will be manoeuvrable as you increase your speed. But you seem to be an expert.
