@@Kadenventures Me my father and my older brother are thinking about moving to Henderson. I am a rural lover, mountains and rivers and outdoors, is Henderson easily accessible to these beautiful places? And are there any more beautiful fishing locations that also isn't apart of Lake Mead?
@@MattyIceBJJ That is one of the reasons why we moved to Henderson! Its proximity to a lot of BLM land to camp, trails and great scenery - Lake Mohave ruclips.net/video/LHRCd5ll4_4/видео.html Colorado River ruclips.net/video/tR0VM0GG0Gg/видео.html
@@MattyIceBJJ As far as fishing goes - Las Vegas has a few stocked lakes in town but Lake Mead would be the closest (also one of the reasons why we moved to Hendrson was its proximity to Lake Mead). But there is also Lake Havesu 2 hours away and Lake Pleasant 4 hours away
Echo Bay! Great spot, we were just there a few videos ago here ruclips.net/video/DryCb15u--s/видео.htmlsi=QMiaWzp9n-N_1izM the water has receeded a bit which is sad to see but still a great spot along the water
There's a dirt road between calville Bay and echo Bay that takes you to house boat cove I've never been but I've searched it on a map and it looks pretty promising as well
Great Video, just what I was looking for Campsites at Lake mead by the water, that are roads that do not require extra clearance. Look forward to more videos like this. Just finished a Camping Trip for NY at Boulder Beach Campsite. I went there before in the Summer and the heat was unbearable. Winter not bad compared to Redrock and Lovell canyon which predicted snow. Down side the Albertsons (In Boulder City) did not always have wood for fire. Which is disappointing on a winter eve. If I come again in winter, I will buy all my wood in one go. Happy New year.
Nice! Was it cold out there at Boulder Beach for NY? Summertime gets really hot at Lake mead, I camped out there once (at the END of summer) and said never again unless its under 95 LOL Lovell Canyon is where we camped to get away from the heat, also check out Deer Creek Rd off Mt Charleston, also a good spot to get out when its HOT! I usually go to Ace Hardware (Off Stephanie and 215) they usually have firewood or hit up Facebook marketplace the have a few folks who always have wood for sale and you can get it by the barrel vs the tiny bundles you get from the store which saves you some money :) Thanks for watching! Happy new year!
Oh, Great. Thank you for the Tips. Yes Boulder beach was cold some evenings more than others. To be outside, in the evening till about 8pm when it just got too much about 35 - 40 degrees and unless you are moving, unpleasant, No Fire 🔥 no deal forget it. On NY eve I burned close to 2 packets of wood, and stayed out till 11pm .. As did most. 98% of the spots were taken up by snowbirds who ran generators even during the day and would not ever have seen how beautiful the desert night can be. On the other hand the whole day time perfect temperature and sunny up to 61f Beautiful. I am looking forward to checking out other camps at Lake mead, I have done Government wash a couple times but want to find another place to camp. Thank you for your inspiring videos.
@@PinkElephantTV1 Awesome! Lake mead has a ton of options, I usually hit North shore road past government wash you'll find a lot of roads turning toward the lake. Thanks again for watching!
Thanks for the tour brotha. Your gonna need a kayak. Let me know when you get one. Lake Mead and the surrounding Colorado river has alot of great spots out there. Later brotha.
Thanks for watching man! I did get a kayak its a K2 inflatable one, planning on taking it out soon to slay some fish lol Do you do a lot of kayak fishing in the area?

Yes! I think so as long as you have good tires, take it slow and be on the look out for loose sand. Most of the spots here have easier to access camp spots at least at the beginning of the trail and can get a bit trickier as you get further in
