Some thing like this is unique. This is a first time at removing a bridge like this. Much will be learned. The under water work will be the most difficult. Current and visibility factors. Plus the road surface has dropped under water except for what s on the ship. The front of that ship bust be deep in the mud. I assume there is a tidal change going on too nesting that bow of ship further in the river bottom. The work should not be rushed enough people have died from this event.
