No problem. I was also curious to see how the Wildbox would match up. When I listen to the Wildbox I use a 3rd party EQ to actually decrease the upper mids and highs a bit and boost the bass slightly. It sounds pretty good to me like that, but even with those adjustments it doesn't have the low end capability of the Boom 2.

Latest Mifa Wildbox firmware is 2.11. But yes, the Boom 2 definitely seems to have more bass. But the Mifa sounds a bit clearer. Having measured the frequency response of the Mifa, I'd say it's truer to the spectral content of the source it's reproducing, especially if you use 3rd party EQ to trim the treble just a little. But truer to source doesn't mean more fun - the Boom 2 seems to more of that in this video :-)

Boom 2 sounds better here for me. But after all tests don't you have feeling that Boom 2 lacks good mids ? It's my first thought after comparing it straight from the box in signature eq vs my custom eq motion boom. Had no time to test it more so far. Maybe eq manipulation will bring it far above motion boom. Looks it has potential. Regarding price in Europe, I got Boom 2 for 120 euro with X10 buds costing 70eur (which I needed) so it's no more than 50-70 eur for the speaker alone depending if you try to sell the buds cheaper or just save money instead of spending it on earbuds. That's a price comparable with motion boom.

Batterty life will vary greatly based on what you are playing, how loud you are playing it and light modes on/off. Both have pretty solid battery life overall.

They are pretty close, so probably go with the less expensive of thew two. The Wildbox may develop rattling due to weak screw hole plastic.

The boom destroys the Mifa... My Mifa... That's why I hate that thing. It sounds hollow
I never really got so much of hollow sound from the Wildbox. The rattling due to the air coming out was my gripe. I fixed that in a video I did. I still like the Wildbox.
@@JaysStraightUpReviews i fixed the rattling putting tissues in the holes of the screws. Btw, in this video comparison I find that with the rock song playing at (about) 2:49, Wildbox totally lacks "meat" (probably it's lacking in the 60-100Hz range ?). The same happens to me with any record which isn't electronic music
