Such a great video for someone who has never lived in Arizona before. So many details that I’d never think to consider, thank you!

We're moving BACK from Colorado Springs. We lived Phx metro for about 25 years, 50 minutes to an hour commute is about average for the metro area.

Any thoughts on the most social neighborhoods in the chandler area? As in, not jus the nicest but the most active with kids, etc

Ocotillo and Fulton Ranch are both going to fit that description. Sun Groves is also a good choice. Feel free to reach out with any other questions.

Wow , you moved before you had a build contract, I would admit that factoid .

We moved because we wanted to live here, not because of a house we liked. At the time getting a contract with a builder was a bit like the old "we'll be there between dawn and dusk" from the cable company so there was no way to know how long it would take. But we knew we wanted to live here so we moved. No regrets at all about that. But as I mentioned in the video, I wouldn't sign anything but a month-to-month agreement next time.
