The overview helps cut through some of the details and gives a fresh look and perspective even though I have reviewed many of these communities in the past. Great job on providing the view of the areas behind property (go slow!) it helps in envisioning what a homeowners view could be. Thanks again. The time is coming for us, but not fast enough for me!!!
@@glenafernandez that’s a tough one because it really depends on what kind of lifestyle you are looking for. Sterling Grove is definitely a country club upscale style living and its guard gated and very exclusive feeling and more expensive. Estrella Mountain Ranch is a little bit further away from everything which has its pros and cons only has a few areas that are gated has a public golf course and feels more like, a small city rather than a country club community. They are both lovely communities for different reasons.
