This was a nice presentation. There are actually 3 routes into the community. Estrella Parkway, Cotton Lane, and a back road way (Willis or Elliot to Tuthill / Jackrabbit Trail that's useful if you are headed towards Buckeye or Verrado or anything west. Also, I live in the community (Canta Mia) and you can get downtown without getting on the 10 which is useful during morning rush hour.
The problem with many of these beautiful new communities is that you are forced into driving a car everywhere you go. As a new retiree, I want to walk and ride my road bike everywhere, not be forced into having to drive a car everwhere (which is dislike) to travel to a grocery store, restaurant or attend a medical visit. I plan to ditch my car.

Verrado sounds like what you need!
So... I'm not familiar with these sort of communities. Is the entire area including the stores and lake all gated off? You need a pass or ID to enter?
