    Great job! Did you look at the less expensive homes in PebbleCreek? How were they? BIG question - who is the home builder for Robson? Also, will you be doing a walkthrough of the homes and amenities at Robson Ranch in Eloy?

      Hey Richard. No plans to shoot a video down there, but maybe I will? It's a cruise for me, but not crazy-far . Robson IS the builder btw.

    Pebblecreek seems like the most convenient 55 plus community to DT Phoenix, freeway, and local restaurants and shops. Would you agree? However I have read it gets alot of noise from planes flying to Luke AFB!

      Hey Andrew. It's definitely convenient. As far as the noise, yes, LAFB is close by, so you'd have to deal with that!

    Rooms should be bigger in 55 plus homes due to wheelchair maneurability.

      Hey Jane. Rooms are pretty big. I believe they can make the doors wider too. They bathrooms are larger than normal homes as well.

    I have lived in AZ and familiar with Robson, most of the amenities are extra, even using the gym is a yearly fee. Where we live now HOA include everything. Why are the houses so large in most of the AZ senior communities? Our grandkids are grown and don't live near us. We don't need a large home. Most that I have looked at in AZ are too large for 2 people. Why not a screened in patio?

      Hey Darlene. I'll try to answer! The amenities are included with your HOA fees. Golf might be a bit extra depending how often you play. There are smaller 2bd 2ba homes mostly around 1200-1600 sqft in most 55+ communities. There are larger ones sparingly throughout. But most are going to be under 2k sqft. Patios here don't really need screen bc the bugs aren't bad in the months you'll be sitting outside. You could always add a screen after you close I suppose? Best of luck with the search!       I live in Pebble Creek. The sites and homes are selling fast. Most think new home sites will be sold out/built out in two years. Likely about 700 homes left to build (?)....and they start 4 new ones each week.
