    Love the contemporary design but I don’t know if I’d want to live with so much grey. Who needs a BIG backyard when it’s so beautifully laid out?

    Estimate price? Cool place Ma’am!

    • @michellemilleraz
      @michellemilleraz  4 месяца назад +2

      The prices when I looked were starting over $1.5 so by the time you do upgrades and lot premiums plan on high $1m to $2m it just depends on how much you want to upgrade

    Why do you not put an estimated price like most do?????

    • @michellemilleraz
      @michellemilleraz  5 месяцев назад +1

      Builder prices are constantly changing and the price can vary greatly depending on the upgrades that people select as well as the lot premium.

      @michellemilleraz Typical resonse from a shady realtor. This model is 100% complete. There is absolutely no reason you can't post a price. Your the reason people in your industry have a bad name.

    Poor flow. Two dining rooms? Far too much dead space that will never be used. The laundry room was way too large. Should have combined that useless second dining room with half of the laundry room and walla, theatre! $2.5 million? Grey grey grey. It lacks pazaz, a wow factor, a jaw dropper. No views. I don't see $2.5 but good luck!

      I agree with you. They should’ve used some of that dead space to make the other bathrooms and closets a little bigger. Better style cabinets and hardware.
