I would definitely like to request Mr Mann, that please get the complete information on gur and its nutritional values in terms of calcium, iron, manganese, potassium, etc as I believe that if one make gur a part of their after meals like 5gm or 10gm it will definitely have some good results on health and if they replace white sugar with gur in daily life consumption scenario it will have a great health effect for sure. But I do agree that its not recommended for diabetic patients.
Organic coconut oil is the most healthy cooking oil and olive oil/avocado oil can be considered as most healthy non cooking oil. Also organic A2 ghee is very healthy.
