thanks. It is a beautiful bike some say that black everywhere makes it utilitarian of sorts. I would have gone with aluminum and chrome for engine and exhaust. Still I was lucky to get it, had to order from across the country.
idk in India...but look online or in motorcycle shops for a LOCKABLE one with a key - they are made to fit multiple brands. Or just get it from RE directly, but that one is simple, no key afaik.
i dont know the part number as i suspect there are more manufacturers but i suggest you look online for: "royal enfield classic 500 lockable fuel cap". However in my case i reverted to using the original because the lockable one develop a nasty rattle so i cannot recommend...
i love everything except the gold on the wheels/ the chrome side stand/exhaust shield and horn should be black , i would put a chrome and flat black tank on mine if i was rich .... and black out a few nuts n bolts
normally I am no fan of black editions, but I believe the paintwork on these Enfields is more resilient than their chrome. I already have some issues with chromed parts. High humidity where I live.
Beautiful! Getting a 2010 black Bullet 500 in 2 weeks. Pretty rare here in the states! My Harley is jealous. 😆 ✌
It is beautiful but I think you will also ride the harley. Unless its that insufferable Vrod .

I picked up a 2018 in matte black. Very hard to find in the US. Had to buy out of state.
in the states is another world. What I do like is you guys get to buy vintage Harleys for cheap. In europe you will shell out 15k+ for a working one.
Nice to hear Stranger on the shore in the background...

I think it makes it look secretive sort special ops.
It is the James Bond of classic 500’s
