Mr the Woo, nice cameo on Tom Wilson's new feature he put up. Excellent work from him, nice to see you on the other side of the camera. I'd recommend it for anyone.
Are these petunias?! 😂 The long-time Adam The Woo fans know 🫡
I've watched 2 years and know. You aren't special
@jennifermcneil8349 Aww. Don't take it personally, it's a comment about an inside joke. I'm just glad you get it. Laugh with us, it's ok!! No need to spread your negativity and get your petunias in a bunch!!
@@jennifermcneil8349who peed in your pool? 😂
Love the concept of this video! 40 years in the making! I miss ticket stubs. :( I Have a scrapbook with multiple Crue tix!
Mind blown! Damn. Great video Adam and Kyle! Florida videos are always the best! The retro 80’s robot was a nice touch too.
😂 hilarious high tech opening! 😅 loved it!
That robot is awesome !
Love the intro! 🤣🤣🤣 You always have a good variety of guests. “Infamous” means well known for a bad quality or deed, so it definitely has a negative connotation. Rock on, Adam!
Can confirm I saw them at the May 18th 1984 rescheduled date in Jacksonville, FL. Ozzy came out hammered and completely in drag. It was a wild night. FL seems to bring out the wildest behavior in artists. I take it as a compliment..
*Also props to Kyle, who hasn’t changed his clothes since 1984. Gotta respect the commitment!
The opening was amazing. 👏 I LOVE that clock hat.
This was so good. Thank you for sharing!
I Love it when you have informative quest 'Cyle" Great history from that Dude ....He certainly played the part ....Thanks
thanks for the great video.keep em coming!
Kyle is super cool. Thanks for sharing his knowledge!
He’s the best
I swore i was watching an OG woo vid, awesome video! Hope theres more like this coming this year.
Shall I also say that you and your iPhone performed admirably in the rainy 🌧 vlog this week! Its great that you have that option with your new phone! 😀 📱
Cool to hear "Sure Know Something" was filmed there. Thank you for that. 🙏 Wasn't the Civic Center also where Ace was electrocuted? Kyle was super cool. Great collaboration. Take care.
**The curse of commenting as you are watching. My bad. Thank you!!
Strange that Ozzy flew to the US on the Concorde but stayed at a Holiday Inn while on tour! If only I could see Ozzy and the Crüe on tour in ‘84! The backstage photos are legendary.
Why is that strange?
Spending more on quick travel compared to accommodation is never a consideration for many businessmen.
Also, back in 1984, the holiday Inn was probably very highly regarded for Lakeland,Fl.
Hey hey! It’s Kirby. I just found ur channel, very kewl indeed 😎
This video was great, the subject matter and the intro, legendary
That Tomy Omnibot robot came out the same year as that Ozzy concert!
TOMY put out a fun line of robot toys back in the day...
@@DukeCityExplorerI have one of those but I misplaced the charger. It will need a new battery anyway. It's the best alarm clock I ever had since it could be set for a different alarm time each day of the week.
@writerpatrick right on! I remember buying the TOMY Dingbot at a Walmart on a road trip through Missouri summer of 85. Fun times...
Is that the one from the It’s always Sunny Christmas episode?!?
Yea ... and the comment section will be filled now with Millinials (1980-1995) saying that they remembered it "when it came out;" when most of them were either in diapers or not even born when it was released. haha Stupid Millinials.
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC INTRO!!! I love everything about this!
Love and Honor Adam so cool man!! ❤️🤘🏼 your videos are great!! Amazing you still have that ticket that’s history man!!
I think it’s cool whenever you cover these type of local stories especially of rock stars coming through Lakeland and the Central Florida area
Good morning Adam 🌞 thanks for sharing this.😎👍📸
Hi Adam.On March 19, 1982 ,Randy Rhoads died in Leesburg, FL. I went there.
That was a wicked sad day in music.
"I went there"
Weird flex. Since when is Leesburg something to try to flex?
This was a super cool idea! Loved this!
This was so interesting! Thank you!!
🦇 Ozzy Rulez, Love when you cover old Music stuff..Reminds me of the Bat Head story. Morning buddy
Saw RUSH there in March of that year. 1984
I was at that one too it was great
That Ozzy hat rules.
hi again Adam , yet another cool interesting Vlog , loved the robot lol, Ozzy is a great guy, really well done and thank you both 😊
80s HEAVY FREAKING METAL RULE 💥🔥🤘🏼❤️🔥🤘🏼🔥🎸
Love that robot he is so cute and funny! :). Good one today Adam! I really enjoyed it. Thanks. :D
That robot giving early 80s vibes
Two Thumbz 👍👍
Interesting video, loved it ....
Love Billy Idol, Rod Stewart and Queen,,,,,,,I met Billy I and Rod, totally gentlemen tho hard to believe,,,,,,….interesting to know they were in or supposed to be in that theatre…….The rock and roll crew always tore up their hotel rooms, mostly from their parties. Exciting times. ❤️🌴
Thanks for sharing…!
the music history is a must for this channel.
Thank you Adam...
Yes ,yes yes ,Adam this my favorite episode of yours .Cant beat the best Ozzy an Motley Crew .I miss Randy Rhodes with Ozzy though . Ozzy has 9 lives , i am a huge mental head .Thank you Adam for sharing this episode ❤❤Kurt Cobain just had a birthday too .kurt died a year before i graduated high school
was "and lapping up pi$$" on your bingo card of things you'd say this week? lol Funny stuff here!
"We're lookin' for ANTS!" LMAO.
I love Three Amigos references so much!!❤️
Ha thank you
Hey Adam your friend Kyle looks like a young Ringo Star
Oh wow, I didn't know about all the music videos filmed at the lakeland civic center. Super cool to learn that.
Ozzy was on my lunch box; didn't know who he was but most of the days @ lunch, I was the popular one without knowing :)
Well, as GIV says, “if you didn’t know, now you know.”
Good stuff! Funny, I grew up listening to Ozzy and Motley Crue and never had an interest in torture or devil worship as the article suggested. Great ending!
Good morning Adam and happy Saturday
U2 played the first date of the ZooTV tour in 1992 at that arena. Crazy to think of what that show would become in a place that small.
Adam, this is YOUR BEST VIDEO IN A LONG TIME. Very funny companion today.
Totally off topic but seeing the tour dates & locations, I remember going to the Omni in Hotlanta for the old Jim Crockett and NWA/WCW wrestling shows in the early/mid 80s 😂
As I was about to comment, "I wonder if Adam saw Nirvana with Pat Smear." Then you said it was In Utero era, almost like you read my mind!
Hi Adam! Those flowers are beautiful hibiscus! 🌺
So, I did attend the rescheduled show at the Sundome in Tampa, right in front of Mick Mars on the floor, awesome show! But, at the time of the original date we were all bummed, me & 5 of my friends getting ready to leave in the car, found out on the radio about the cancel, but Motley Crue did agree to do an 'in person' autograph session at the Peaches Records in Clearwater that same day to kind of make up for the cancel I guess, I didn't go but my freinds that did go said it was wild at Peaches!
Thanks for the comment . Good to hear from someone who was going to go
Wild show. Stuff flying everywhere. Show being delayed due to all of us rushing the stage and breaking it. The Crüe were perfection that night.
Hello Adam I just started watching and following you about a month ago I discovered your channel from a carpetbagger video. I hear you have a second channel but I can’t find it can you post it or send me a link? I love the videos you make for us. Congratulations on the house you recently bought it looks awesome. And living in Florida is my dream. Maybe one day before I’m gone I can move there even if i have to be homeless to live there what a beautiful state.
I wanted a Tomy Omnibot ever since I saw it in Sears Wish Book. The $250 price tag was unheard of in 1984 for a tape recorder with a face and wheels! I guess another item to add to my “Midlife Crisis” EBay list.
You spelled Ozzie wrong in the description - thanks for fixing the title though
No problem
I remember so many drives from Orlando to Lakeland for concerts when I was a teen and young adult
I saw some great concerts at Anaheim Stadium back in the day. Like the price on that ticket 12.50 you would see four bands for that price. Black Sabbath was one of the bands I saw there in 1978. Great times!
Enjoyed!!!!!!! 🤜🤛
WOa,,. I remember those hats!
WOOOO, WOOOO!! Goodmorning, THE WOO MAN!! 💖💖
Wow . That was a good one !!
Oh my Gosh! I forgot about the petunia question! That's so nice!
Loved the opening adam
Love that little robot! (No disassemble!)
The next concert was at the Hollywood Sportatorium and I was there too. Yes, I love Dazzy that much.
Robot giving me “Happy birthday, Paulie” vibes!
Hi Adam the Woo,are you going to be at Opening Day Rays baseball?
Enjoyed the intro. Very Doctor Who of the Woo. Doctor Woo even.
The clock cap 🧢 is too much 😂
My older sisters went to see Black Sabbath at the Santa Monica civic auditorium in the early 70"s. I had tickets to go see Ozzy at the Hollywood bowl and then he got sick 😢
So I'm watching the Daily Woo as usual, and I see your friend Kyle wearing the Ozzy painter cap, that I sold on Ebay. I had about 6 of them left over from the 80s and sold them the last couple years on ebay. The reason it doesn't fit that well, is that it is a child's size. It truly is a small world
Saw all my 80s concerts in Ft.Lauderdale…84 was my fav..van halen my tix was 12.50! Crue in 85 and just saw them At Fenway Park with Def Leppard like my 30th time seeing them..awesome show..Adam you gotta see a show at Fenway acoustics not to shabby.
This was awesome. So did the event happen somewhere else? Why do people believe it happened here?? And how do people not remember the concert never even happened? Why the Holiday Inn if the bands were never there? I want more 😂
Love the begin of this video!
Let us all WOOOOOOO
I remember reading about the Rod Stewart incident in the national papers in the UK, and that he had to pay for the room damage.
That front door with the three tiny windows is sooo authentically midcentury - let’s give a proper recognition of THAT
Great video tha….. Are these petunias?? nks for sharing.
Hey Adam have you been to Vermont Emily's Bridge look it up thanks
I went to the Rod Stewart concert with my mom big mistake. It was my last concert there she would never let me go again again for my safety. I even had backstage passes from Rod Stewart because my mom‘s boss was a friend of Rod Stewart and Jeff Beck from there we moved to Miami and I went to all concerts at the Hollywood Sportatorium where I saw Van Halen REO Speedwagon Rush Tina Turner, Bruce Springsteen journey heart and the list continues. I had tickets to see Ozzy Osbourne out of festival at the Orange bowl. That was the year of the plane crash so obviously Ozzie was not there.
This is a great video ❤
Ozzy has said on the Osbourne podcast him and his crew were snorting Ants 😂😂😂
The only time I saw a famous musician at a hotel was at the Grand Hotel in Stockholm. At their very gourmet breakfast buffet I was walking around the center of it, looked up, and there was Lenny Kravitz. My friend stayed there also and on a previous day he saw Sting there as well as Ringo Starr. Sting and Lenny both had concerts there. I think Ringo was there because Colin Hay also had a concert in Stockholm and Colin was about to perform in the Ringo Starr and his all star band tour.
Moral of the story: when in Stockholm, stay at the Grand Hotel.
Now, where was that pool again??? 😂
Ozzzzzzzzzzzzzy , I was there I was 19 yrs old. Remember $12.50 I went to Ozzy in Sunrise ,Florida, Feb 20, 2011 with Slash. With my teenage daughter.❤❤price over $100. Per ticket 😮 I am officially retired financially from going to any concerts. The last concert I went to was Imagine Dragons VIP I paid over $600 for two tickets. It was my first concert there since I was a young teen because of the riot at the festival with Rod Stewart and Jeff Beck.
Rod Stewart hates irrigation
The guy at the end😂😂ants 🐜
My first concert was motley crew open for ozzy in 1984 at the stabler arena in Bethlehem Pa
HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAULIE
The guy in the car at the end was probably wondering what the hell you two were doing. That was hilarious. I remember reading about that story in a Hit Parader or Circus magazine back then. I saw that tour in Boise, ID in March.
I saw Jeff Beck and Johnny Depp in concert back in Oct 2022 it was just a few months before Jeff passed away.
The robot asks if you're ready to rock Adam the woo and replies saying "I'm gonna park" 😅
I just heard about the Florida Man games going on today. It sounds like something you would be interested in.
motley crues first album was there very best.. ROCK ON ADAM.
😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 omg, classic ending
Whether Sharon was the mastermind behind keeping Ozzy’s career afloat I have no idea. However if not for Sharon and her ongoing love and devotion to him, Ozzy wouldn’t have survived those days either.
Good morning Adam, thanks for the video . Have you ever thought of touring up to Canada at all?
Ewww, why tho? 😂
@@johnnymoran180 why? Because we have a number of movie locations up there that are interesting and spectacular Ie: Deadpool, Godzilla (2014) , The Revenant, catch me if you can, The whole nine yards and many more . Thought it could be a scenic change.
Yea I have . I’m getting my passport renewed this year so who knows where I’ll end up
@@TheDailyWoooooh, that’s exciting!
@@TheDailyWoo Happy Gilmore locations here in Vancouver!! You know you have to.
No! Say it ain’t so. I’ve always loved that story!
